Critics forgot about Blade, or never saw it in the first place.

Wesley Snipes was right; income taxes are bullshit.

Arguments with one's shampoo bottle are valuable when one is able to accept the possibility that one's argument is incorrect or incomplete.

The "updates" to Baseball have diminished the strategic elements. The removal of time for the defense and the addition of designated hitters for the NL offense have significantly lessened the burden on teams to make good strategic decisions about who pitches, and when.

This accompanies anti-strategy decisions like the removal of the shifted infield, the inability of managers to change coverage in the outfield, and other defensive decisions that made baseball a strategic game in the first place.

They're trying to make baseball a game like basketball, with scoring the only aim.

Idris Elba has a history of taking roles that allow him to act. He cares, at least a little, about his craft. He also appears to have enough pride to not take another man's sloppy seconds.

Roll the clock back twenty years, and I was in favor of a spin-off around the [recast, blackwashed] Felix Lighter. There wasn't a great established history there, and the man that was cast in the role of Felix could have, I think, played a convincing intelligence agent in the era they rebooted Bond in.

There might have been a (vomit emoji) Bond Cinematic Universe in the works, with several interesting characters. Instead, they not only ran Bond into the ground, they ran the potential of all the other stories that might have been right down with him.

The unspoken (in this video) corollary is that if a crisis is useful, what incentive does the government have to forestall a crisis?

No matter how fat they are, there will be enough rope. Enough timber, on the other hand may be a valid question.

The world will be a poorer place when Tom Sowell has departed for his well-deserved reward.

And I REALLY don't want to give the state a way to get more unsupervised children...

Why would you not want to give a sovereign government with a history of allowing if not facilitating child rape access to more children?

It was a good idea to avoid mattresses before. Now, you can add UCMJ rape to divorce rape and VD on the list of reasons to keep your dick dry while on post.

I knew a guy who just narrowly escaped the old process. We became... if not friends, at least associates after I was assigned to his suicide watch the night after he was charged. We ended up at a lot of the same bases through the rest of our enlistments. It took him several stressful weeks to accumulate the evidence that eventually cleared his name, and he was never quite as open or carefree after as he was before. A decent guy, damaged by the process because he was naïve enough to stick it in crazy.

On the flip side, at the same command there was a serial sexual harasser who never got in any formal trouble despite a habit of literally pulling his cock out and showing it off. He was just black enough to play the race card, and he knew it. He was also good at picking victims who'd say "Kyle, what the fuck? Put that thing away, I'm not interested." instead of talking to command about his behavior.

I'd say the existing process was broken in multiple ways, but I have no faith in this administration or its spiritual predecessor to actually fix the problems inherent to the system.

My enemies are preying upon the innocent. If they stop, they cease to be my enemies. If they do not stop, justice precludes mercy.

A tautology. If you don't want your enemies to be utterly defeated, they're not your enemies.

The campaign against fitness with the “body positivity” movement and trying to associate fitness with the far right (MSNBC).

I'm actually okay with my enemies committing suicide. I just wish they'd pick a faster method than lounging about and eating unhealthily.

I'm not sure they do. Establishing themselves as part of a permanent ruling class who maintain their power through psychological manipulation of the plebiscite seems right up their alley, and the first time anyone fought back effectively was a fork on the road to hell they couldn't allow people to take.

I've only done Christian and Greco-Roman derivatives since Ideology released, and I have very little experience with Warhammer.

I did see a Biotech Space Marine mod, though, so if you have that DLC, I'd check it out.

It seems like a natural fit with Royalty as well, assuming the Chaos Marines have an equivalent of the God Emperor.

Don't ask me. I wouldn't allow them the franchise if it were my decision to make.

The women who agree with me politically would still have their interests represented, and much more frequently than they do now while they have the false opportunity to have their voice heard. The women who disagree with me politically are the enemy, and I don't particularly care how they feel about it.
