This. Any time someone makes an argument that "people worked really hard on this" so this thing should be supported and applauded despite the fact that its objectively garbage, that is a commie argument.
In the 5th book the protagonists literally create a youth militia to support a beloved figurehead persecuted by the government. They gather in secret, teach each other methods of self defense and believe self defense to be a fundamental right that the government is trying to restrict them from exercising.
JKR is such a lefty nutjob that there is no way she is aware of the analogy she created. Which just goes to further support my hypothesis that JKR probably only wrote the first 1-3 books and had a ghostwriter help her with the rest.
There’s an old stereotype that academics don’t understand the real world, or how their “theoretical knowledge” plays out within it, and this performance, perhaps, fits with that…
Like my grandfather (who has a PhD in Economics) says, 'Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach.'
Just don't fall into the trap of thinking the enemy of your enemy is your friend.
That and the absolute wasteland that is modern dating.
Same. Nothing will ever feel quite like the Sims 1 did.
Place your bets, did the troon get killed while looking for drugs or while engaged in prostitution?
My guess is both.
Most phones using a x86 emulator would be able to run FT.
Don't bother, it's basically a schlik-fic for a certain type of woman.
Only gay ones apparently.
My hands still hurt from Ninja Gaiden Black.
Muhammad is second, Muhammed is 138th.
Top 10:
- Noah
- Muhammad
- George
- Oliver
- Leo
- Arthur
- Oscar
- Theodore
- Theo
- Freddie
The list is rather deceptive as they count different spellings of the same name, so Muhammad/Mohammed variations are by far the most common, almost double Noah.
Also its depressing that 3 women decided to name their baby boy 'Star.' Why do that to a kid?
Typical Larian Studios 3ed act problem. Dragon Commander, D:OS and D:OS2 all fall apart in the third act. It was so bad I could not even finish D:OS and had to force myself through the last part of D:OS2.
Not surprising that BG3 has the same problem.
Here is CODE's 990 for 2022. Page 11 has the charitable grants and contributions.
Most of the money is going organizations that claim to be helping vets. Would need to dig more into the various charities to see if they actually accomplish more than 'bringing awareness' to an issue.
They paid out more than a million dollars for 'consultation' by various orgs (Page 7) but none of the board members or trustees are receiving any pay (Page 6).
3 million in admin expenses vs ~10 million in grants paid out. How legit is that? No idea without more research, but I would not trust any company with Bobby Kotick at the helm.
The old saying of 'never meet your heroes' has become 'never follow your heroes on twitter.'
Sadly, blackmail is probably not necessary. Johnson seems to be a true believer in the uni-party.
Community Supported Agriculture is sort of what your looking for. Helps support farmers by pre-selling their crop to have a more predictable income, and the customers get fresh, seasonal produce every month or so. Usually dropped off at a central collection location, so not exactly farm-to-door delivery. Mileage may vary depending on the farms around you.
They removed API access a while ago. The information is crowdsourced now.
They would do the same thing the SF city council did, pass a resolution they can virtue signal about.
NYC didn't let Rossman go easily. They were still auditing and fining him over a year after he left.
Razorfist: The Michael Jackson Rebuttal (Part 1)
I re-watch the videos every so often to remind myself of the hatchet-job, defamatory smear campaigns the MSM likes to launch against their 'villain of the week.' You see the exact same tactics being used today against people like Trump and Musk.
America is more: Here is a handful of expensive pills which have side effects worse than your current depression that you have to remain on for the rest of your life.
Need to check that out.
Steam forums is a great place to troll and have a laugh, as long as you dont mind catching a discussion ban every now and then.
