I have worked in several women majority workplaces. In one I was the only man (other than a faggot that worked in another department). Here are some things I saw
- One place had a 'tea time' where they would sit, eat little snacks and have tea for an hour or more. You were not allowed to talk about work at tea time. At first they made this required but that eventually dropped off.
- One woman would sell her homemade jewelry in the cafeteria for hours during the workday
- Like OP says, few of them actually work. It's amazing how much time they waste
- I delivered a package to Martha Stewart's office which looked to be all women and it felt like they were in the middle of a huge brawl- several women glaring at each other and not saying a word while a man was in the office. Lots of snacks around though
- Free food was a HUGE battle in every place I've worked, even the ones that weren't majority female. There were always one or two tubbos that would monitor who got what and how much, even telling people they couldn't get any. Usually there was a nigger bitch that would steal it to take home before anyone got theirs.
- Women also push all their work on to beta men. They have a few men in every workplace that always sighs and says they'll do it. Women have no problems pushing their entire workload on these pussies.
- Women's desks are basically daycare with toys, cat cartoons, stickers, all sorts of childish shit.
- Work is NEVER a woman's priority. She has so much shit more important that's going on- her kid has an issue, her guy might be cheating, some other whore wore the same dress as her. How can you expect her to focus when this bullshit is going on? There is always some bullshit that takes precedence. Every day it's a new thing.
- I haven't been in them but apparently the women's bathrooms are revolting. I always hear women screaming about who dropped a deuce on the seat and why there are bloody pads laying around.
