Women's maturity peaks in their mid teens. Until about 28 they stay 15 and then they start to regress. I've met a number of middle aged women that are genuinely toddlers- they dress in ridiculous clothes, throw tantrums, believe in fictional people, magic, etc.

I have an ex gf that truly believes she talks to ghosts. It's pathetic.
