I understand the line you're drawing. From what I understand, they're not merely believing in the non-divine supernatural. They're worshipping what they consider to be gods. They worship the Demiurge, which is essentially the etheric blueprint that creates our reality and they appeal to 4th and 5th density negative entities (which have evolved past our stage, but on the negative path) to make changes in that etheric blueprint.
I used to think that there was only one hierarchy, that negative things were "below" and divine was "above". I have since learned that positive and negative are different paths of evolution, not steps on a ladder. At the end of our density, positive beings continue on to experience a 4th density of light and love. Negative entities evolve onto a 4th density of slavery and control. These 4th density entities are worshipped as gods by our luciferian elite, so I don't think they can be considered to be atheists.
