One boon wearing glasses has had for me personally is that they kinda hide the bags under my eyes. I look a little less dead inside with em.

Every single fucking clip I randomly see of this game is related to sex. I know nothing else about the game and at this point I'm afraid to look more into it.

I kinda don't care about his problems or ideology. I just want to bully him for his horrible lack of punctuation. That's just down right inconsiderate for anyone wasting the braincells reading his rant.

Also, it's one thing to ramble on about jacking off. It's something else entirely to constantly make note on how long his sessions were. At that point it stops sounding like a cry for help and more a fetish brag. Like, Christ dude, you want a trophy or something?

It's fine. Played it on PS plus. You run from headcrabs a lot and generally explore. It really doesn't hold your hand in where to go so it can be a fair challenge. If you enjoy running from combat encounters, finding things to progress, conversing with robots, and being an orange cat, then yeah it's worth it. There are worse ways to waste money.

Likely virtue signaled how dwarves were being exploited for their handicap or some shit. Scaring away potential Dwarven talent.

Ok. It just clicked. It's an alagory for Atlas the God single handedly holding the world on his shoulders and being all around forgotten about. You susincly lit the bulb.

Lovecraft is great, but it is quite rambley. Hell, sometimes it feels like he's trying too hard with the thesaurus. I'm fairly curtain he even misuses some of his more esoterique words on some rare occasions, but I haven't read any of his work much since highschool. Tried again a couple years ago with an audio book and it was kind of hard to really get back in to. I grew kind of attached any any works involving Joseph Curwen personally, but that's probably because those works are some of the more "grounded" stories. I was am a total nerd back in the day and made an Alchemist named after him in Ragnarok Online. Against all fucking odds at least one person recognized it. Good times.

Also I have no idea wtf Atlas Shruged is/means.

"Top doctor."

no name given

How nebulously ambiguous.

Remember when Islamiphobia was the big thing for a while? Pepperidge Farm remembers. Funny how that just sort of fell off the face of the planet. Like we can only have one mainstream BS thing to bitch about at any given time. I swear to God, life feels almost episodic the more you pay attention to it.

I like that they keep trying to reinforce their gaslight that "disgusted = terrified." A demasculating buzzword.

Yeah, I just used the trial game pass to play it on my PC. It's ussually crazy cheap for the first month.

AH was a major disappointment to me. Looked awesome in concept, but it was so fucking jank I couldn't push myself to finish it...

Then what "treatment" are you suggesting? Sorry, not trying to kick a dead horse or attack you specifically, but I'm legitimately unsure what you are suggesting we do for the people that "absolutely need it." Something that is scientifically feasible that would alleviate someone that insists they are the wrong gender. Operations are out, because it accomplishes fuck all. Medications are theoretically possible, but to what end exactly? What is it you hope to accomplish? A psychiatric evaluation is all I can see being feasible, but that requires the patient to acknowledge they need help and come to terms there is no magic cure. That they need to learn to live their life with the hand they were dealt. Sure, it fucking sucks they feel that way, but it also fucking sucks to have cancer. Live's a bitch and we need to return to sanity if we want solutions that are within the realms of human capability. We aren't gods, no matter how much modern medicine would have you believe.

Help me understand what you think we could possibly do? Honestly. I won't judge you for your beliefs like most here would. I just want to see thing from your angle.

I commend you for trying to play devil's advocate. You are more merciful than most here, but it's not worth it. It's not a hill you should ever consider dying on. You really shouldn't allow yourself to use the definitions made by the delusional. 2 + 2 does not in fact equal 5 just because a specific collective insists otherwise. Allowing yourself to even humor such an idea is how people slide into the poisoned mental gymnastics.

The game looks hideous and boring, but it really shouldn't be pulled. For fuck sake, there's a Hitler porn game on there last I checked and that is so much more cursed.

Which would be fine, if sex changes were possible. They are not. You can take hormones. That is it. It will not change your gender. You can not undo your skeleton. You can not create a functional set of genitals. What these doctors are shilling is an assortment of empty promises. The sooner people come to terms with this the sooner real treatment can be researched and approached. What we are currently doing is about as realistic as when we were accusing women of witchcraft. It's lunacy. There was a time where lobotomies were also considered a last resort and that worked out soo well.
