It's all speculation; and polls are made to sway voters, not inform them. It may be an interesting read but I hope people aren't getting stressed over it.

I bought Parappa the Rapper in college for that reason. At first my roommates and I had a laugh over it...but the gameplay grew on us and later we started taking it seriously and played it to win it!

They do the same thing with legislation. They promised to pass some groundbreaking tax legislation but "we need the house and the senate to do it." Then they got them. Then they said "we just don't have the votes, we need a supermajority." Then they got very close to one. Then they said "ohh geez you know we still don't have enough votes. And we have other things going on so we'll circle back to this at some point."

Then voters got pissed with them. Then Dems took the house, senate and presidency with Obama. Then the GOP started promising things they knew they couldn't (or didn't want to) deliver all over again.

A trench coach? Is that like a vehicle that can only travel on a lane several feet beneath the roadway?

Or is it just journos being journos in 2024?

Not just overnight, but days. Ignoring the fact at least one state allows for three-day-late ballots, there can be all manner of shenanigans going on with computers having "issues" and politically charged election officials saying "we're not going to certify these results in favor of Trump because fuck you" backed up by judges saying "the plaintiffs contesting the democrat officials have no standing because fuck you."

That is literally the cope from the left. "Not ALL the numbers are down you fascist! In fact, go back to 2020 and we're way up!!!" It's almost like lifting scamdemic restrictions benefitted the jobs numbers somehow...

They know the importance of optics and imagery. I remember seeing old news footage of people marching in the streets holding up massive pictures of martyrs or the Ayatollah trying to get their side totally fired up and ready for fighting.

we laughed and mocked

This is the mindset that got us into this mess. Back when the Ten Commandments were removed from schools, professed Christians were in shock because they thought "that would never happen!" People laughed at hippies for being drugged out pleasure seekers; then hippies got older and filled our modern institutions. People looked at the sexual revolution and thought "Let them do what they want; just keep it out of my house." Now we have pedophiles and drag queens in classrooms.

We will take the lessons learned from Concord...

No, they won't.

Heck I've seen players in TF2 named "Trump 2024" and "Donald J. Trump" and "MAGA Wins." I've never seen anyone targeting them, and nobody complains about them in all-talk. And the man isn't even targeting young gamers like Kamala is!

"Equinsu ocha!" ... What does that mean? ... "White Devil" ... I couldn't help but notice you calling me White Devil ... "I only met you. How should I know?"

More like 48%-20%-20%. The other 2% are literal weaponized autists who are capable of and willing to murder dozens of people. And then get black holed by the MSM so normies don't notice things like how the MSM helped make them that way.

If we end up in a shooting civil war...they'll be ready.

Funny because at least one prominent YT reviewer said they didn't feel like they were playing Dragon Age IP.

Imagine those troublemakers going to the American embassy or otherwise complaining to the American government.

"I was abused and arrested in Japan!"

"What happened?"

"So I was making some Tik-Tok videos..."

"...get the hell out of my office."

Polls are made to influence people. The historic formula in MSM polls is to have the democrat take a strong lead for much of the election so that people will question how popular their own beliefs are and hitch their star to a winner. Then as the election cometh, the polls slowly converge to a neck-and-neck race for two reasons: First is to provide cover in case the final tally is far different from the fake polls, and second is to get viewers staring at their television sets until they see which candidate will win in a photo finish.

Young starry-eyed graduates who think it's the coolest job in the world and have enough energy to work 80+ hour weeks for a lousy salary that's still better than food service.

Then they burn out after a couple years and need at least a whole year to restore their health. But hey, they got to work on a AAA title!

They could have made it even more stupid: "Ten cards in JD Vance's Magic deck that prove he's a Nazi"

I sometimes go to a 64-player server to decompress. It's enjoyable chaos all around; including the global voice chat where people are trolling each other or just making ridiculous idle conversation that would probably result in a ban in most other games.

I hate how journos get away with saying things like "Some people are saying..." "There's a general feeling in the public that..." "This angry tweet like many others indicates..." and then messaging their own bias.

When you ask "What people? Which tweet? What are your sources?" they just say "Well I can't tell you that, of course."

I've been increasingly tempted to shift my beliefs to "In matters of importance, serve the same punishment for incompetence as malice." While it means well-meaning people can be punished, those people know it going into the situation, while low-merit and malicious people will stay away.

Half the songs in rap and hip hop are about fucking women or objectifying women

And there was recently a big star-studded event that celebrated 50 years of this. I still have trouble mentally processing that. I guaran-damn-tee that there won't be an event anytime soon to celebrate 300 years of classical music.

I love how Critical Drinker tore apart his character. Something like "Every time he lost a battle he acted like it was on purpose for a greater plan or something."

People go where the entertainment actually is.

Exactly. One example is AM radio: Normies think it's only for a highly niche audience and weather bulletins, but Rush Limbaugh had a successful show on it that millions listened to. I think Sean Hannity is still on it.

Of course the left knows this and works day and night to block people from "unapproved" or "subversive" entertainment. They even pressured the EIB network to stop broadcasting Rush.
