Reading "I Don't Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist;" still have most of the book to finish. Lately I've been hungry for answers a lot of questions that casual Christians side-step, like "Why does God let bad things happen to good people?" and "How could Earth possibly be 6,000 years old?"

Before that I read "The Creature From Jekyll Island." I'm not ashamed to admit I put that book down several times because I was triggered from reading what those sleazeball power brokers did.

You're supposed to only respect the customs and laws that would weaken our own country. When it comes to fining TV channels for LGBT propaganda, and measures to prevent voter fraud like requiring an ID and dipping fingers in ink, those don't count.

Anything deeper than "Press the spacebar to win the game" is going to be too hard.

The usual suspects have found their "enemy" and they will forever attack him using any new fodder they can find on social media even if he does a 180.

Always love that "Do better!" trope. Coming from strangers it has no meaning and carries no weight, and they get offended when you don't care.

There needs to be more of this; especially when people want to share Twitter links.

Nooooooo you can't ask women to selflessly contribute to a relationship! They should be held on pedestals and worshipped while men do all of the work in their relationship, in their employment and in society at large until they die unappreciated and soon forgotten REEEEEEEE!!!!

If Trump does win, they can just do what they did last time: Throw every roadblock they can in front of him and ignore his orders. Do that for four short years and then the globalist puppet who takes over can start to roll back everything he did.

I think by stealing 2020 they actually made it harder on themselves because a lot of people started noticing how bad things actually are.

Last year I had to take someone close to me to the hospital for a lung infection. They got put on antibiotics and were discharged to a senior care facility to get physical rehab since they had been in bed so much that they atrophied.

Well I go visit over a week later and found him eating breakfast; fine, lucid and ready and for rehab since he hasn't had one single session yet (I'll spare you the rant about the shitty internal processes for another time maybe). The next morning the facility calls to inform me that he has Covid. So on top of the staff not actually having actually done any rehab yet, they're putting him in isolation for two weeks. Despite not having any symptoms of being sick. It also means I've been in proximity to someone who tested positive for Covid, so if I visit again I'll probably be treated like him.

But hey...you know...they gotta milk that sweet insurance money until the bitter end, right?

I figured the MSM would bury the story not because of who did it but because they themselves support that shit and some of them probably do it too.

"It's just a conspiracy theory. But if it's not, then it's not causing any problems. But if it is causing problems, then you're wrong because you're a bigot."

"Flight 834 to tower ... tower please respond."

"I'm not talking to you right now!"

"... Flight 834 to tower requesting runway"

"Do I sound like I care???"

"... Flight 834 requesting clarification on last transmission"

"If you cared about me you'd understand!"

I'm already never buying smart appliances; you don't need to sell me.

He absolutely was and I bookmarked the Berkeley article backing him up. Unfortunately normies are caught up in an infinite brainless "huh huh he said gay frogs" loop.

The masks are already mandatory in medical facilities.

"We'll review in a month and maybe rescind..."

No you fucking won't. You're going to make it another winter of death followed by the spring allergy season of death. Then Covid-19 version 85 will appear with all new symptoms including turning your organs inside out before summer kicks off and it will be 2020 all over again.

That phrase always seemed condescending to me. Like if they didn't say it, I would just go out and play in traffic or get lost on a mountain trail on purpose.

Sadly it's in the interests of a lot of people in the media and people with ties to the media to keep the trafficking going.

That's the Mary Sue Aerith costume. She can defeat Sephiroth without anyone's help and walk away grumbling about having to save the world because nobody else could get the job done.

Ever since I started seeking out videos of Christians answering hard questions about things like "Why does God allow bad things to happen" and "Can you explain this contradiction in scripture," videos that mock Christians have been popping up in my recommendations from time to time.

(On a side note, I never click on videos with stupid titles like "This atheist got absolutely DESTROYED by these five words...")

I once watched part of a video of a particular high-subscriber YouTube personality who does nothing but play other peoples' videos and comment on them real-time. Now they show up in every single recommended video list and I can't seem to make them go away even if I click on other personalities' videos.

I figure it's a combination of YouTube wanting to appease the ad buyers and the fact this personality has hundreds of videos (even though YouTube recommends the same 4-5 videos constantly).

I first browsed the chans twenty years ago. I remember most of the posters would not suffer people who behaved like modern discord mods; and said mods would probably get triggered to tears by those posters within minutes.

Neverwinter Online put some quest items in your inventory, and others not. You could never actually do anything with the ones in your inventory either, and some of them were actually discardable but you could just farm more easily enough.

I can't figure out why Cryptic did things this way; my guess is one intern wanted inventory quest items and another intern didn't, or they have a high designer turnover rate.
