Honestly….$400,000 is hella high though. If it was maybe like $250K I’d consider that within the realm of “normal people”, but 400 isn’t the gotcha it’s meant to be
It reads like it’s written by that weird manic “hacker guy” from a few months back. I don’t remember who he admitted to hacking though
They’re saying populars and the first dude just sounds weird because he’s extra jazzy
Not only did this Union negotiation end with the employer owning the right to fire senior, higher-paid employees for cheaper replacements at their discretion, they’re somehow notching it as a win too.
I’d have laughed this off if the Halo show wasn’t what it was
I heard it’s also going to shame the poor for buying nothing but consumable foreign crap.
I’m old enough to remember when Milo said it and it was a bad thing
The BEST part about this whole episode is that his insane rant on how Polygon’s corporate overlords are unwilling to give him the special time off he wanted with a bunch of snarky statements on the importance of unionizing.
“Each time I expressed that I no longer use tinder….”
What a bizarre inclusion
Weird to see people praising the looks of the gameplay. Looks like fantasy anthem.
She was a “traveling”nurse in the LA area. Probably making like $200K
He actually showed a lot of restraint and it looks like he stopped when the dude declared himself dead
DJ Khaled and Drake put a song out recently that seems to be like loosely based on the old beegee’s staying alive song. It’s like shockingly bad
I actually thought the predator looked cool when they got around to fucking showing him. The biggest crime in this one is the budget and it being pitch black for 40% of the action and the predator being cloaked for the other 40. There was no like cat and mouse game either, or like no “hunt”, just the predator terrorizing people until it died.
This is why lore matters. She jumps like maybe 10 feet!? Elf’s have the upper body strength to hold and throw grown women with their wrists but they can’t manage to jump to troll height!?
My gut says she/Capital Records/Sony Music intentionally made this obviously benign mistake and that’s why this beautiful gesture she’s making in changing the word is being amplified and spread all over the news cycle like anyone in real life actually gave a shit.
The worst part is this doesn’t work. You can ask the most diehard lgbt advocate why this church is doing this to themselves and they’ll be sympathetic and like “I told you it was all fake”.
There’s like zero politics is what’s crazy about this take.
I think that to these blogger types SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS see the bad lady as like a Hillary Clinton surrogate maybe? Other than that like it’s literally just that meme where no matter what the casting decisions are racist.
Like the cast is hella diverse, the brown FBI dude and lady now that I think of it are both super competent, a rich white dude is emasculated, the Asian journalist lady is super competent. What else could it be!?!?
I actually didn’t mind Chris evans, or even the Bollywood dudes like obvious “no villainy” clause in his contract. What I couldn’t accept was the jarringly bad editing and fast forwarding in 90% of the hand-to-hand fight scenes. Is it western studios or just western actors that are incapable of fun fight choreography!?
The worst part is that this could end up being an objectively good game. I’ll hate it because they’re obviously going to retread that gta4 immigrant angle like it hasn’t already been beat to death, but if they put enough of that RDR2 shine on it then it could be pretty great in the eyes of most normies.
“I mean y’all said y’all have fun without us and ‘y’all don’t dress up for us,’ so mingle with the single,” a commenter wrote.
RIP Kevin Samuels
I laughed once with my mouth closed. 7/10
Yeah, this isn’t a bad take on the ACLU’s part. They seem to be (surprisingly) defending gun rights and using abortion rights as an example as to why what CA is doing is wrong.
That may not really be accurate though. They’d have to earn at least $400K worth of “revenue” to pay folks, but to the business those salaries are an expense and could be looked at as or even cause a loss. In terms of taxable income this hypothetical business would have to clear like $800K in order to hit a $400K “income”…. And that’s not even considering inventory and other normal costs of running a small business that would chip away at the actually taxable income.
Some other folks made it clear why they picked the 400 number but it’s still theatrical bullshit
