'Lived experience' comes from post-modernism. In essence, it means that personal experience is superior at determining what is real over things such as science or statistics. -- but not just anyone's lived experience. Beliefs of people higher on the cultural Marxist/intersectional feminist ranking are more true because they have more real lived experiences.
It means that they are seeking someone non-white, and female or trans. Being a poor flunky drug addict would probably help also. I'm guessing straight white male would not get in with "I have experienced my pervasive privilege."
"bringing the experiential lens to decision making" means promoting anti-male, anti-white, and homosexual policies and decisions and that they don't need justification to do so. They just need feelings to justify it.
