The coolest thing I learned from reading The Iliad is learning that Achilles doesn't actually die in The Iliad. We only learn of his death from The Odyssey when it's spoken to. Also, there were "working women" (so women who aren't having kids and married to a man) in the Iliad that come from the island Lesbo. I nearly died when I read that. I had to look into it more and the mainstream narrative insists there's 0 connection whatsoever to Iliad describing career women (working women) as being from Lesbo and our terminology for homosexual women as lesbian with the short-form being lesbo. I tried the numbers thing earlier in life. At one point I probably went on dates with 50 different women in a year. There were times I had 3 different dates on the same day.
