I got called racist for pointing this out 20 years ago.
Our governments know what they're doing.
Some White dude from Finland will not have his degree approved when he comes over but we'll accept the degree from some random degree mill in India for the Indian guy. There is no mistake here. This is being done on purpose.

The other 10% have some garbage degree from the Delhi Institute of Technology that involved a couple webinars and a fee, but they will totally count that as a legit degree.
Jugaad demands lying on applications. Honesty goes against Jugaad. Jugaad is about taking advantage of all these life hacks to overcome all obstacles. Well being honest gets in the way of this goal. In other cultures, when there is an obstacle, people are expected to just give up and respect it's purpose or work harder to overcome it. But when it comes to Jugaad, you just come up with a work around. LOL
Ironically, Jugaad produces Indians, which is the most embarassing thing you can be.
Here's another Interesting fact about the little turds. 95% of indian developers can't code. Maybe it has something to do with their fake universities and diploma mills.

Ever go to an Indian doctor especially if it’s a woman? I’m convinced those degrees are fake too somehow . They are absolutely heartless kniw nothing bastards and awful! Have to tell them what to do, why, and demand it
