I know an HR Director who earns nearly $200k annually and can't type a paragraph without multiple obvious typos. She brings nothing to the table beyond filling a seat. All the heavy lifting is done by employment lawyers. Her and her ilk produce lame happy hour games and other bullshit that any 6th grader could match.
I've been with smaller company for quite a while now, but we got acquired and now I'm seeing the inside of one of the tech giants. It's even worse than I thought.
Every call has 12+ women doing the work of 2 competent men.
I'm exiting soon enough, and I'm not in HR so it doesn't impact me directly. It's just frustrating on a primal level almost. These worthless cunts walk around thinking they're doing something great. I feel really bad for Gen Z men. Pick a random dude off the street and he could step into these $200k HR roles tomorrow and crush it, but they'll never get the chance because they have a penis.
If I were starting my career today I think I'd say I'm trans because you can't beat this level of discrimination. You can start your own thing or find a small firm who isn't big enough to play the DEI game yet. But if you apply to a large corporation and you're a white man? Don't bother unless you say you're trans.

The really tragic thing is ANY of these women would be happier married to a man who was employed doing their job. The work would be done more competently, the men would be happier, and the women would be happier. Literally everybody wins, but we can't have that because we have to let the girls play pretend.

It also makes a lot more sense when you hear about former generations with male breadwinners spending tons of nights drinking at the bar before coming home when they had to wear the same crown.

That was a noted talking point in the early 00s if not earlier, and even then by the late 00s it was obviously false to anyone who watched.

I have seen this pattern many times.
-Older competent male employee "wears many hats"
-Retires
-Replaced by a woman
-Management puffs her up "extremely qualified, fully capable, taking all the duties over.."
-Quickly becomes apparent she is not qualified
-Instead of reversing the promotion they outsource the parts of the job she can't do (all of them)
-Junior men get the extra workload (with no extra pay) or more women are hired to help. But they are also incompetent, so the cycle repeats, until all work has ultimately been offloaded onto men.
The only question is how many useless subordinate positions will be created before enough men have absorbed the workload for the job to function. It's exhausting to watch.
In one case, a man retired from a senior sales position. He was super good at his job so he made seven figure commissions. He made big deals that brought in tons of money. His replacement was a woman with no talent at all, and her sales were trash. Couldn't close any deals. She complained that she was being "discriminated" against due to the lower pay. The company tried to explain to her that commission based pay means she needed to make sales to get money. She went to a lawyer instead, sued, and won a $20 MILLION settlement.
Hiring women is a damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario.

I get where you're coming from but I wouldn't view it that way. You're only degrading yourself if you care what the people hiring you think. In this case, the HR team and hiring manager at Faceless Mega Corp mean nothing to me. If I'm 25 and need to start building up my wealth, and I don't have similar options elsewhere, I'd at least try it. Fuck em.
They can't mention it ever anyways so besides knowing the cunts in HR would gossip about it who cares. And I think it goes without saying, but I wouldn't dress as a woman or do anything to appear trans. Their own rules say that isn't required.
Thankfully I don't have to resort to such tactics but I wouldn't blame Gen Z men for gaming the system however they can.
It’s worth a try because I agree with you that the system is rigged, but it needs to be said: the rules are not fixed in stone, nor are they accurately articulated. They’ll claim the rule is, “we accept everyone” but I suspect the actual rule is, “fuck white men” and if they realize that’s what you are, I doubt they’ll stick to their stated rule on principle.
So, at the very least you might have to trans it up for the first round of interviews.

I have never once gotten a raise or promotion given by a woman manager. So like 8 out of 18 years working in the corporate world.

Every company with 100 engineers making 150k and 100 HR karens making 150k could be paying the engineers 300k if America had freedom of association.

We bid on and won some government contracts so I have some idea of how bad it is, but I'm sure what I've seen is just the tip of the iceberg.
I figured this out my last few years at corporate jobs. I’d finally put in my time made it past all the “qualified candidates” to the point I was the top dog, undeniably . Three times I’m passed up for promotion anyway. Three. Common trait? All three had the magic triangle. Two of them had the special brown sauce.
I took an opportunity that came up and got paid a big check to piss off. What really happens is these companies contract out all their work anyway. So I do that. I do about the same, but since it’s all actual work completed based I allot way less time. I don’t have to sit in meetings for hours to talk about the work. I’m just expected to deliver. If I wanted to put in the same hours I easily could give myself 50% raise over before, because it’s all paid by completion. The trick all these contractors use is just have some wife “own” the business so boom you’re now a woman owned enterprise. The guy I work with mostly does this and his wife hasn’t worked ten minutes on the business.
This is why I say I'm Hispanic. Not a lie, but I don't look Mexican.
Remember that all of these companies survive because they hire browns to do the actual work (shit quality and low wages) that the women aren't capable, or willing, to do, while low paid white managers oversee it all and get blamed for any failures, and have to constantly clean up all the work, while getting paid half of what the women fake workers are getting paid. And will never be promoted any higher.
My place created a "Program Manager" position for a female friend of the Director's wife. There was no work for her to do, so she started doing other people's jobs behind their backs. Not much to do when you find out she's taken on the role of coordinating one of your projects but quietly walk away and hope the damage is contained. (Spoiler, it seldom is.)

I REFUSE to work for any organization that even has an HR department. Always run by useless angry miserable unmarried childless angry marxist dykes.
I worked for an organization before COVID scam. It was the angry dykes in HR who utilized COVID, fat disgusting obese women, screaming at me to put a mask on who eventually got everyone fired for not taking the jew poison shot. They make INSANE high salaries because they work in HR and gamed the system to reclassify their positions. I think they had 6 women making over $80,000 per year and that's not even counting vacation, sick leave, pension, health insurance and their other benefits which added up to another $50,000 per year. So six useless unskilled childless unmarried angry dyke women making over $100K per year in one department that produces nothing and can't even shuffle paperwork without fucking it up.
Once AI takes off, more and more people will realise how useless and easy-to-do most office jobs are.
Women are only fit to lead when it comes to sewing circles, book clubs, Tupperware parties, baby showers, etc. Keep them away from everything else.
