Yes, the Zulu Kingdom, under King Dingane, betrayed the Boer settlers in 1838 by massacring Piet Retief and his delegation after luring them into Zulu lands and then attacking Boer camps in order to genocide them. This act of betrayal ignited a war known as the Battle of Blood River, where the Boers, using a fortified wagon laager(a fort created with wagons), successfully defended themselves against Zulu attacks, leading to a significant turning point in the conflict for land and control. That the Boers weren't violent colonizers. These Africans literally wanted to genocide white people just for existing in Africa. Now when the British came along, they learned about this. So that might explain why the British were the way they were in South Africa.

Zulus arent native to South Africa.
I didn't know they weren't originally from there.
That's the irony. I'm no expert of South African history but if I recall correctly the majority of black Africans living in South Africa today are descendants of immigrants themselves. The Zulus are only native to a part of the region of Zululand which became part of South Africa through conquest several centuries after the founding of the original Dutch colony.
Correct. The only blacks native to the Boer areas were the Khosians, and the Zulus and Bantus effectively eliminated them. The 70 IQ Bantu niggers chanting "kill the Boer" are talking about killing the natives who grow their food.
My understanding as well. The Bantu migrations were relatively recent, though they had reached everywhere except the furthest southern parts, eastern parts, and anywhere north of the Sahara by the time of European colonization, I think they where still confined in the Ghana/Liberia/Cameroon/Gulf of Guinea area in time of Socrates.
Yes and South Africa was such a horrible, racist, negro-hating Apartheid state that pretty much the entire continent wanted to immigrate.
Literally the same bullshit that's happening today with Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand. The most racist places on Earth but everyone wants to move there.
Most of the colonization narrative is simplified to evil white people dominanting browns and blacks. But quite often it was indigenous populations that couldn't coexist. Not saying some whiteys didn't roll through and just conquer, but everyone in history has done that.
Leftists cherry pick though. A lot of white people didn't roll through and conquer. The Boers weren't like that, for example. Leftists only point out the whites who did.
Imagine what a White Nationalist history curriculum would look like:
It wouldn't even be a white nationalist history curriculum necessarily. It would just be the truth. It's simply the truth. All truth seekers would be appreciating it. White nationalists just happens to be in a position where the truth is on their side. The truth is all races on Earth have done horrible shit since the dawn of time but white people are the least guilty.
It's not uncommon to have focused history courses that have specific topics. Successful White nations is a great thing to learn about.
Ironic that Rowanda is the history I don't know yet.
black people see other black people as inferior, decide to do a little genocide.
I don’t recall spending any time on Africa at all in school outside of maybe a tiny bit about Egypt and of course that’s where the blacks were.
My remembrance of history class in American school was about like this: colonization, blacks, MLK, slavery, revolutionary war, more blacks, civil war (slavery of course), time for MLK refresher, blacks, little bit about European settlement, blacks, my state history (also mostly about blacks), haven’t talked about MLK in a bit, Hitler, blacks, some more colonization, oh wait blacks, WW2 other than Hitler, time for more MLK, slavery, blacks
I also haven’t been in school for 20 years.
When you say WW2 did you mean to say the Holocaust
That falls under both that and Hitler. I heard about blacks far, far, far more than the holocaust though.
Notice how it was mostly shit that makes white people look bad?
I remember us covering Manifest Destiny in there too at some point, but this largely matches up with what I recall. At least once I got to high school the IB program gave us a class on the horrors of Communism for my senior year. That was a good class.
Since when were Zulu natives to South Africa
Is there any context at all for this declaration?
As in, why is there some excerpt about it suddenly on the KIA2 timeline?
This sub isn't about criticizing leftist propaganda and lies?
I, too, have been drinking and deep diving youtube this night.
Bro, the public education is so rudimentary and basic that you should be glad it mentions WW2.
My highschool never even mentioned Vietnam.
I took my friends to see the movie Dunkirk, because they'd never heard of the battle.
No, they just treated them like they'd treat any other ethnic group they didn't want around.
And the peoples known in South Africa as "Colored" and "Bushmen" are the real natives. The Bantu were settlers and invaders from central Africa, many of them arriving after the Dutch/Boers.
Dude, people don’t even know who Boers are.
And most people only know about the Zulus from the Civilization series.
And your take is entirely wrong. Not trying to be an asshole, just stating the facts.
British owned SA from the Dutch after the Napoleonic Wars & outlawed slavery. Boers got pissed and left for the interior. They clashed with the Zulu / Bantu who were also migrating into the region (who were massacring the Pigmy). They then discovered gold & diamonds. THAT got the British interested. British wiped out the Zulus. Bantu people migrated in and worked the mines. At no point did Whites make up more than 20% - 25% of the population anywhere in the region.
Then the Boer Wars.
Sorry boers I gotta side with my bro Frederick Russell Burnham
Tbf I never heard one peep about South Africa at all until I saw the movie Lethal Weapon 2. American public education is a total joke.
