You know how LBJ basically destroyed any changes JFK had made and ensured the Uniparty kept power after Eisenhower & Truman. He voted against the 1964 Civil Rights Act because (in it's original form) it explicitly violated the constitution and even went as crazy as to make private home sales directly fall under the jurisdiction of the US Congress.
