In practical terms, yeah probably, but understandable too.
Realistically, due to their other obvious misfortunes their life was never going to be great, gender fuckery notwithstanding. In relative terms of lost potential this case is in a lot of respects much less tragic than a normal, healthy individual coerced into transgenderism by social circumstance, even if their life prospects on an absolute level are even worse than your average troon.
You can't feel awful for everyone all the time, it's just not healthy, useful or even really possible. It's better to save it for what really matters and make a conscious effort at emotional control to remain dispassionate about randos you learn about online.
I think its important to note though, we dont know 100% what happened here. I would hope to god this person had breast cancer or something and that some guardian didnt lop their breast's off for the fun of it.
