Where was due process for Chauvin in that joke of a sham trial you subjected him to, with a BLM activist on the jury and the supposed President of United States weighing in on how his verdict should go? Where the hell was due process for all the criminals, citizens and illegals alike, who were simply let out without ANY trial made to disprove their innocence? Where the hell was due process for Fauci, Milley, and Biden's family when they were all pardoned for crimes they weren't even convicted of?

As supporters of illegal immigration have been pointing out for years being present in the US without status is merely a civil matter. Your "due process" in this situation is a case officer determining that you're an illegal alien and putting you on a plane. You don't get a fucking jury trial. This is no different than than if I traveled to another country and the Immigration Officer declined me entry: I don't get to request additional "due process."

You do. You can say that you are a citizen of the country and have lost your passport. Then they determine whether it's true, and that's the due process.
If we can readily determine that you are not a citizen, then "due process" has already taken place.
The issue is that the administration could just claim they determined a citizen isn't actually a citizen and deport them. Maybe you look similar and have the same name.
But what these propagandists don't tell you is these deported gang members were given the opportunity to claim they were citizens and get a hearing, delaying their deportation.
They didn't falsely claim to be citizens probably because they're not whiny little bitches. What? Doesn't a citizen have written protections, as a citizen, against the state? Like they'd be entitled to proceedings that happen against them, as citizens, that attempt to prove that they aren't? I thought that you'd be innocent until proven guilty, at which time your citizenship would be revoked and you wouldn't be able to appeal because you are no longer a citizen.
If any of that is true, the argument is a false equivalence.
