Of course the refugees need to take two weeks vacation twice a year back to the country they "fled for their lives" from! They need to make sure it's still immediately fatally dangerous to them, after all, so they need to have big loud family gatherings and parties frequently to assess the threat!
The Constitution shouldn't even apply to non-citizens. There should be a separate set of laws for non-residents that's less tolerant and more biased in the favor of national interests. Yes, non-citizens should be treated as guests and deported just as easily. Wild, I know.

Apparently some illegal gay guy got deported to the prison with gang members and the leftist media harped on about it for a while. I couldn't give a shit, if you're illegal, go back on your own or risk getting caught in the net with gang members heading to a maximum security prison.

THIS IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW IN THIS COUNTRY!" Of course no corresponding information to validate anything.
I think we should intentionally mix in a handful of "innocent" illegals with every shipment of felons just to be a warning to the others. We should be giving them all the motivation we can to deport themselves.
While we are on the topic, I would be fine with American citizens being shipped off with them too, if those citizens employ illegals or traffic them in to the country. Even better would be to charge them with treason.

The only due process should be that if you can show that you're a citizen or legal resident then they release you.
