Netflix series' "Zero Day" backstory sounds terribly close to what came to be during the nonfictional 2024 election cycle. The series was apparently green-lighted in March of 2023. Did someone know? (twitter.com)

Oh, please. I called that they were going to do this the second he appointed her his running mate back in 2020. The only thing that surprised me was that they let Biden carry out his entire 4 years instead of getting him to "step down" right after the 2 year mark. I thought for sure that they were going to try for 10 years of Kamala.

They had to. Harris's popularity is so low she couldn't win the nomination even if she was an incumbent.

Anyone with eyeballs and a half functioning cerebral cortex knew. Biden had obvious signs of dementia in 2020.

Not true. I watched CNN and knew that he was sharp as a tack.

I watched the famous “Corn Pop was a bad dude” speech in 2019 and knew he was totally fine.

This is not some weirdly specific coincidence.

This was The Plan, from the beginning.

Correct. Television programming or movies like this have historically been a big part of constructing the master narrative. Man would have never gotten to the moon if it wasn’t for a black lady janitor who realized the idiots forgot to carry the one on a fundamental equation that was written on a chalkboard of a room she was cleaning!

Its called predictive programming.

“Predictive Programming is theory that the government or other higher-ups are using fictional movies or books as a mass mind control tool to make the population more accepting of planned future events. This was described by researcher Alan Watt who defines Predictive programming as “Predictive programming is a subtle form of psychological conditioning provided by the media to acquaint the public with planned societal changes to be implemented by our leaders.

I started the first episode, I usually watch this stuff while im playing something or programming. I had to roll my eyes during one scene when someone yells out in the crowd (the people stuck under the building are prolly crisis actors!) and it leads the main character into this 5 minute speech about conspiracy theorists lmao.

I assumed hes not crazy though, that hes being brainwashed or something by the electronics.

What did Netflix know, and when did they know it?

Points at Obama

If he's not involved, I'll give up hamburgers for life.

While I am sure that is more true than not, the one wrinkle here is that the scuttlebutt from behind the scenes is that Harris was not Obama's choices. He wanted someone else, who would be chosen at the convention. Pretty much everyone has made it clear that Harris was more or less a "Fuck you" from Biden with very few of the Party Elite wanting her.

Another movie coming out called G20, where a black female president attends the G20 summit that is then taken over by (suprise) white terrorists and she goes around kicking their asses.

Yeah, I can't imagine how they figured out that Biden had dementia, that he had a black vice-president, and that a guy who promised to be a 'transitional figure' when he first ran would step aside (a politician keeping his promises?).

I'm reminded of when Lex Luthor became President in DC Comics.

This happened in 2000 or so. Gee, who had just become President in real life?

Screw Dubya, yes, but that was damn transparent. Luthor was thrown out of office about 2.5 years later, too.

On the flip side, all the puff-piece comics about Obama in 2008, when he won.

"Barack the Barbarian" comes to mind.

As does Calvin Ellis, their attempt at a black Superman--who was also President. Same year.

Well, everyone knew Biden had dementia, this wasn't exactly a stretch to figure out
