Tulsi isn't the worst pick, she is reasonably intelligent and she's young and probably not a cocaine addict. That is more than you can say for most people in D.C.
She's a woman though, and that pretty much erases all of the alleged positives.
And she's a leftist and anti gun. We need to face the fact that she's only on "our side" because she was only 85% radical communist and the Democrats demanded she become 90%. That's fine to let her help us win, but actually giving her power in our camp is fucking stupid.
This is Soviet America mate. Its all downhill from here and always was going to be, you don't turn around an empire in this state - its just a question of how long it drags on and how bad it gets. Gorbachev became general secretary because he wasn't an alcoholic wife beater, Yeltsin got to near enough the top despite being an alcoholic because he was actually quite a capable administrator. Maybe if you're lucky they "normalise" the situation for a few years before things start getting worse again.
I don't trust that gun grabbing bitch. In political timelines, she was a Democrat 6 minutes ago. I really don't understand the hard-on so many people have for her.
It's a couple of factors mixing together. First, simping. Just good old fashioned simping. The Right has a huge problem with guys being blue pilled still on women, so any women that says the right things and isn't fat is going to cruise right past their defenses and get dudes to simp for her hard. The right's problem with simps could be its own dissertation level post, but suffice to say that's one of the top reasons for Tulsi support. She's a not-fat woman who is saying some nice things. That's gonna get like 70% of dudes to furiously hat-tip right out of the gate.
Next, the right's crippling and pathological desire to be seen beating the game at the Left's rules. Nothing gets a tradcuck harder than being able to smugly say "The Left are the real racists/sexist/bigots/(you'll see homophobe added to this in less than a decade)". Hurr party of Lincoln. Who founded the KKK again? Amiright guys?
I can't tell what psychological condition is driving this underlying desire, but there are so many on the right who simultaneously claim to despise the Left, but who also incorporate the Left's rules and definitions of winning/losing into themselves a desperately want to win on the Left's playing field. Maybe it's some weird childhood desire for approval or resentment for not getting picked first in dodgeball. I have no idea, but they won't even accept that they won unless the Left tells them they're winning, and they need to win according to the Left's rules for that to happen. So they end up doubling down on shit the Left is the one who cares about. "Oh yeah, we put even more black people into positions of power than the Democrats" and "Look at us, we hand leadership over to women more than even the Democrats do, aren't we really the forward thinking ones?"
It's sickening and pathetic, but it's a major factor in Tulsi-simping, as well as a ton of choices the right makes. They never have the confidence and fullness of self to wield power the way their own principles and ideas would dictate they do. They always whiff it at the last second and wield power in a way they want the Left to see and approve of, like a teenager uncomfortable in his own skin and seeking approval from his own bullies.
And last; the Right has been infected by a ton of Leftists. That comic about the leftist getting pushed out of the Democrat party for not going radical enough, and then getting picked up and welcomed by the Right is a real thing. The MAGA movement has prided itself on being a big tent that welcomes former Democrats and Leftists. While that was useful to win elections, the act of governing with that mindset afterwards is going to be even more challenging if not impossible. Because we've got a shit ton of people inside the wire now who are totally on board with like 95% of radical leftist policies. There are now a lot of people who claim to be on our side, appear to be on our side, and we even watched them fight with us on our side to win, but who actually disagree with almost everything we want and if they get a chance to enact what they want instead of what we want, they will. Tulsi is one of those snakes.
Spot on. And even this forum, where people supposedly see through the bullshit, is filled with simps for her. It was demoralizing to see how many cucks on our side wanted her for VP.
This forum unfortunately has a lot of Eurofags. Europe has been so poisoned to be default-left over the last 70 years that even someone who is "right wing" by Euro standards of still actually well within the leftist sphere of ideas, even if they don't realize it.
This other guy is just a plain retard, so I'm going to respond to you.
Please explain why you claim that this is 'SIMPING' that people back someone who was a Democrat until 5 minutes ago... when people also back RFK Jr., and Donald Trump and Joe Rogan for that matter.
RFK, Trump, and Rogan didn't vote for gun control laws as a member of congress. That is the one issue that the right wing will never compromise on. And we never forgive anyone who does.
If you still don't trust her on it, fine, but do remember we laugh at leftists for being the party of the purity spiral where apologizing isn't enough.
Well she's definitely not friendly with the bulk of the left, and if parachutes had been around in the 12th century, we'd have been launching scorned women over walls to break the enemy's morale rather than corpses.
tl;dr She understands why the 2nd Amendment is necessary, without it, there will be government tyranny, and she faced such tyranny when she was a doe-eyed junior Democrat representative.
The former seems more likely, if just because afterwards the second will still happen when literal fantasy larp groups pop up trying to do just that despite not only IRL showing it doesn't work but also reality TV over and over when pitting full groups of men vs women and the end result being the women almost dying because they just don't get anything done.
Good. Hopefully they focus on stopping her confirmation and aren't able to stop the others because of it. And if she ends up out of the administration for it, even better.
I wonder what will come first, the collapse, or learning the lesson that women shouldn't be in positions of authority.
Its a toss up over what's worse, a neocon AIPAC funded male, or a woman who is generally anti war.
anyone who's anti-war will always be better in the world's current state.
I agree. And Tulsi supported him so she deserves it.
Tulsi isn't the worst pick, she is reasonably intelligent and she's young and probably not a cocaine addict. That is more than you can say for most people in D.C.

Or, we go from republic to Holy Empire.
Not really, select women can do well. It's women as a system that inevitably bring declines. Tulsi only needs to succeed once.
That's clearly false. There are a lot of people who are only anti-war because one of our enemies is losing.

Trump backed gun control as president though.

She's hot and has a better political view than 99.99% of dc. What more could you want

Who wants to bet they are desperately trying to destroy the listening devices and spy reports they have on her before she takes office?
They're too busy sending Senators copies of all the kompromat they have on them to make sure she never gets confirmed.
The paper shredders in their offices are working overtime tonight.
While she is not on our side or anything I have a feeling they have probably watched her for a few years and consider her a threat.
Absolutely, they have them on most politicians anyways, no? Would be funny if they forget some.
Confirmed now by Trump's Truth Social
The libs are already screaming she is a Russian asset
Good. Hopefully they focus on stopping her confirmation and aren't able to stop the others because of it. And if she ends up out of the administration for it, even better.
Sounds like they picked the right person (thought I really wished she was Secretary of State because of her anti-war position).
I thought she would be secretary of defense but I figured she would have some role
I don't think appointments have been all that bad so far. This is another pretty good one.
