Please explain why you claim that this is 'SIMPING' that people back someone who was a Democrat until 5 minutes ago... when people also back RFK Jr., and Donald Trump and Joe Rogan for that matter.
RFK, Trump, and Rogan didn't vote for gun control laws as a member of congress. That is the one issue that the right wing will never compromise on. And we never forgive anyone who does.
