A bump-stock ban is barely related. Tulsi voted for full bans and red flag laws. You're comparing apples to orangutans.

When you have to lie, that really says it all. I said that Tulsi would be better than Rubio, because with Rubio, there would be great incentive for them to impeach or assassinate him.
