I'm staying with some friends of my wife and was talking to her friend's husband who said he was on the left snd had a pretty normal discussion. He's a mid 20s white guy and was kinda undeveloped in his opinions so I explained some random stuff, and he seemed receptive and able to discuss normally.
Then I hit the topic of anti white discrimination, and he went off. He started raising his voice and shaking. It was kinda odd, but I wanted to hear him out as a white man. After dodging for a while, he finally conceded that not getting a small business loan because they exclude whites is discrimination. He said that pointing that out is glorifying (?) and started ranting about the KKK and white supremes and said it was neo naziism. It was really hard to pin it down to that. He was so agitated and weird, you know I just tripped his programming button and he lost it.
I finished by saying: idk if he was mentally abused in school or something that he was associating pointing out white men are discriminated against with the KKK, and he cut me off and said "fuck you!" and walked out of the room to go have a melt down or something. My wife was upset because it caused them all to wake up cause he was in the common area and it was late.
I am sad whites are so fucked up mentally. Yet happy i can at least come here to talk with natsoc boyos instead of limp dick soyos.
I might say sieg Heil to him tomorrow 🤔
I’ve encountered the same things with friends who have masters degrees. The great majority of people in the world do NOT think for themselves. They just pick the narrative that coincides with their world view or social status - contradictions and all.
You see it in the churches and religious debates and it’s where the r/atheists think themselves so smart because they decided they don’t need a sky daddy… and then promptly adopt the “religion” of shitlibs.
I’ve called a few out on that (back when I cared) and pointed out that they’ve just traded one orthodoxy system for another and aren’t thinking independently … ooo they did not like that one bit.
You definitely popped his brainwashing cap and as soon as you got him questioning the orthodoxy he realized he wasn’t “of the body” anymore and had to make a definitive break from you so he could consider himself back in the group. (I know coz I did it myself way back when) You could try making a conciliatory gesture “sorry man, wasn’t trying to make you uncomfortable” but it’s probably best to just let it lay. Especially if he now thinks you’re “one of them”
Ya he was really struggling to get his thoughts in order to even respond. I think he was going through like weird mental wobbling on how to even respond to my calm questions lol.
Leftists are so used to their own nasty "so what you're saying is..." style of questioning that they can only conceive of you trying to set up a trap for them to fall into, and then you stomp on them for being impure. It's like a reflex from an abused person. Some people just aren't ready to wake up, and many are so hopelessly dependent on the established order of right/wrong that they can't fathom their worldview being shown to be fragile or hollow.
One addendum here - you see this behavior/attitude a LOT with the "highly educated" (college level), even in STEM fields but not the blue collar fields. Hands on practical knowledge vs book learning seems to be the difference here (Because hands on knowledge like plumbing, car mechanics, HVAC, requires cutting through the BS). My career path took me to the cutting edge of technology dev where the bureaucracy, at the time, had no answers. (TL;DR - even though I was in a STEM computer field, I had to get my hands dirty at the lower OS levels and even the chip level in some cases and quickly learned that most bureaucracy/documentation was BS - "Ok, heres what your white paper and documentation SAY... but here's what it's actually DOING! Thus I couldn't trust "the orthodoxy" - What really grind my gears in the number of people that get burned by "the orthodoxy" in the tech field and then KEEP BELIEVING IT and then the liberal arts types can't even question the orthodoxy because there's little hard data to counter it (besides things like sales figures which are easily waived away - see Disney...)
Good point. He's an stem sort who is probably trying to make up for his fox news binging dad.
Lol. Great post.
As an atheist I can plainly see abiding by the main man Jesus Christ would create a functioning society. I don’t understand how other atheists can’t believe there is great wisdom in religion, even if you don’t believe in “sky daddy “
if he truly is a shitlib, then his opinions aren't worth your time.
Giving your conversation, it seems like he is willing to listen to some degree. If that's the case, deprogramming people is a slow burn. he will need to constantly be exposed to the idea that white people are indeed human, and that denying services on the basis that they are white is in fact discrimination. I would emphasize that agreeing with something that a radical organization like the KKK also agrees with does not mean you are like them. And obvious example: Hitler liked dogs, yet you are not a Nazi because you also like dogs.
if he really is open-minded, he will eventually come around.
I don't know if he is. I suppose given time but I think he prefers to consume left wing media as it's dominant and feels good.
If that's true it's actually worse than I thought. That's the kind of intellectual laziness and weakness of character where he's just seeking out and applauding whatever kisses his ass the hardest.
That's not fixable imo, not in your circumstances.
It's more like he has the typical white guilt narrative. He kept yakking about social responsibility to everyone.
Given that there is no such thing, good luck dude.
Ya basically I broke down his noble savage myth about muh Indians and he didn't trip out so I thought there was a chance.
At least you tried. I've done this long enough that once I identify s leftoid they just go on the shit list.
Thanks. I thought it was interesting to see what weird logic he was going to spout. Unfortunately most people can't remain calm when they hear something disagreeable.
the first and most important red pill is that the media lies. the media lies more than occasionally, they lie all the time. when they aren't lying, they tell selective truths to serve their overlords. they hate you, they hate me, and they hate your friend.
if he does not know this, he can't be deprogrammed. if you're willing to take the time to help him, show them how the media lies. dredge up the best examples you can find where they tried to cover up something in favor of a powerful ally, promoted something that is explicitly bad for our health, or supported and unnecessary war.
a few of my favorite examples:
anything and everything related to the Iraq war
"firey but mostly peaceful" 2020 riots
any of those famous montages of the covid vaccine effectiveness going from 100% to non-existent in the news media
the gaslighting on Obamacare, and how it actually universally increased health costs across the board
The completely fictional Ghost of Kiev, as well as anything and everything that claims Ukraine is winning the war (the war has been a stagnant stalemate for years)
Just from what you've said that sounds exactly like the kind of "man" who would gleefully vote for a tax on his own skin color but hasn't ever spent an hour in a soup kitchen.
Not worth bothering with. Disassociate and ignore.
I sort of felt that way. I'm like ehh I don't really wanna continue contact much the longer we spoke.
Several generations of whites are 100% lost to leftism. They will simply need to pass on in order for their worldview to recede. The most important thing we can do is annihilate modern education and media, which are the mechanisms by which leftists procreate.
Probably true. They prefer to live within the white guilt narrative and self flagellate
Nobody is "lost" to leftism, Trump's election is a very proof of that.
People have caught on as to which camp is the most unhinged. The one that think there is a border crisis and that people should come to US legally? or the one that thinks men can be women just by identifying as such?
The answer is easy.
The response to Trump’s victory proves that a large number of people are very much lost to leftism. If you don’t know any of these people personally, then bully for you. I know dozens of people who will literally never come around. They are going to their graves as leftists.
Ya it's so out of their minds. They think Trump is gonna kill gays or something. It's just so random
I have found that the "shitlib" often has to be wounded by their own stupid beliefs/voting habits/actions (like supporting sweeping controlled substance deregulation coupled with defunding the police which ends in their city being overrun by crime/bums/fentheads) before they can really start to change their minds, and even then it takes a while.
Maybe he's one street beating away from waking up
I'm going to take a guess that he grew up in predominately White, safe neighborhood?
I had some discussions like this. My friends tend to be on the left. At one time, a guy was bashing Trump and Trump voters I just said he is not a racist and asked the guy to tell me why did he think Trump was a racist.
He shorted out and screamed to do my own research. It was very strange. He went from calm to furious in a few seconds.
I doubt he changed his opinion on anything but he learned to tolerate someone with a different opinion.
I had similar discussions on immigration. Turns out that almost all are against immigration, it was just they pretended to be for it because leftism brainwashed them in to thinking if you are anti-immigration you are racist, evil, nazi. Now they can freely complain about immigration :) thanks to me.
For a lot of people their personal beliefs are formed not through direct study via research, but are socially formed, and they get emotionally invested into them as they harden.
Take, for example, the "very fine people" hoax. We all know it is a hoax, but there are people out there who really believe it happened, to such a degree it causes them mental pain if you show them the evidence it did not.
Here is another thing: the current information landscape allows these sorts of people to blissfully go through life without being exposed to information that challenges their opinions. This is because all the major institutions are controlled by people just like them. The right does not have this luxury, because of how pervasively leftist all the institutions are, so naturally a conservative has their beliefs challenged many times over the years.
For me, personally, I don't bother engaging with progtards any more. I used to, years ago, when I was a regular on the Ars Technica forums, but the rise of Trump from 2015 on just absolutely broke so many people on those forums that I just could not justify the time and effort it took to engage with people who were so angry at me I could feel spittle flying from my monitor.
Ya he seemed a bit more receptive to logic until the media programmed white guilt button was pushed in his head and he lost it.
It's never worth it. They always have some crazy obsession with something Trump did or Republicans wanting to force women to be pregnant, or deporting muh innocent illegals, etc. It's literally sacred to them, and questioning or attacking it is the worst heresy you could commit.
There are two of them at my workplace that I talk to regularly, choice or not.
One of them is 50 years old, a habitual drug user, in an open relationship, is a socialist who thinks he is a centrist and that Trump is an extremist (his words). He told me back in 2021 that I and every other pureblood deserved to be lined up against a wall and shot for not getting the jab. Ironically he is anti woke of all things.
The other is an autistic guy who lives with his parents and has a boomer tier obsession with viewing Russia as the bad guy and Trump being Putin's puppet. He came up to me after work yesterday and proudly showed me a video of Nick Fuentes rambling some shit as evidence that all Republicans are trying to make the Handmaids tale a reality.
You cannot have a meaningful discussion on politics with them. It is not simply a facet of life with them. It is their religion, their raison d'etre. Like the skittle squad, there is nothing of substance beyond that. They are NPC to the core.
Scary people. I remember hearing a classmate say some stuff about the unvaxxed and I was really upset. It's so crazy how emboldened these people are to be hateful.
I ask myself if it’s really worth it to expend energy to say anything at all. Think of them like a car that’s spent a decade plus in the rust belt. No amount of effort is going to suddenly make the rot go away. Also, sometimes just being purely dismissive is a bigger slap in the face.
I was pretty interested to hear his logic as he seemed logical at first but I find you can really hit a button with people that have a media brainwash.
Time to tell your wife she can't be friends anymore unless he submits & apologizes (to you personally).
I don't get into political discussions at all with people in meatspace. Nor do I try to force people into hair trigger discussions. Waste of time and energy.
You gave no example of how you phrased it, so we have no clue how it is you triggered him.
You're fortunate there's enough of your ilk camping here and engaging in polite discussion. You claim to have been here long before, so I'm sure you know many here are not fans of authoritarianism or statism.
Eh times change regarding what people think are political solutions. I used to be a lolbert.
As for how I introduced the topic I said I fear whites are being shut out or places and segregated. And that we are being insitutionally discriminated against with regards to small business loans as an example.
Ah okay, I see how that might have set the guy off.
He agreed the loans said whites weren't eligible but was unable to say it was discrimination. Like it physically was hard for him to even say: yes, it is discrimination. I knew he was having like a reckoning with all the propaganda about how to justify it to me.
I guess the realization caused a conditioned reaction to where he tried to deny it immediately. Sort of like a mental paradox that breaks the psyche.
Propaganda is a hell of a drug. You’re force-fed it as a kid all throughout your government schooling, and as an adult from state ran media.
Sounds like a person who believes it's not discrimination to discriminate against whites because it's really reparations or recrimination some other reframing.
The only thing you can do is try to get them to think for themselves.
What percentage would whites have to be for it to be discrimination? How many years later do whites have to pay reparations for slavery? How much total money has to be given out? The best answer they'll manage is "until they're equal" to which you can ask what happens if blacks just like the reparations and don't even try to study or work hard, they continue forever? Where's the cutoff?
They've never actually thought about any of this because if they actually tried to their narrative would implode. They'll only have trite dismissive answers, like then Kamala just scoffed to 'how many months should abortion be legal'? But just asking these questions will plant a bug in their head that eats away at the narrative. They'll be trying to sleep or in the shower and it'll pop into their head yeah but how much is enough?
If you really want to also piss them off, whatever answer they give just say well you agree they needed reparations but we've already given way more than enough. This will drive them crazy because if they can't say when it's enough then they can't say it's not already enough.
They're extremely happy to tell us that "by 2025, 2030, 2040..." etc. for all of their environmentalist programs, but these social ones are always just indefinite time frames. It seems like a very strong attack vector for argumentation.
I think directly attacking the idea of white guilt and shame is where I'm at. Idk I feel like they will always have weasel answers to those questions.
A weasel answer just means you have to ask more questions.
If you want to convince an audience, use reason and facts and don't accept their premise, sure.
If you want to convince that guy you have to understand that he's not a rational thinker. He is "raising his voice and shaking" - he's a cult member, he's indoctrinated, he has faith in globohomo. Reason is not going to work on him. It's like trying to force a horse to drink water.
He has to question his own faith and he'll never do that on his own. He'll refuse to answer your questions pretty quickly, but it'll start him down that road and give you a trump card to shut him up; when he realized he's going to get hit with uncomfortable questions every time he starts a rant he's going to stop bringing it up, whereas on some level he probably enjoys the adrenaline high of adversarial combat.
I suspect OP isn't telling the whole store. There's no way he'd be normal before having that reaction out of the blue.
I’ve seen it first hand several times. Some leftists will try harder to “go along to get along”, but they are very much on a timer. If you spend too long in the wrong think woods, they will inevitably snap and have their programmed freak out. All it takes is broaching the wrong topic, or too many wrong topics, and suddenly you’re dealing with a full blown tantrum.
It’s a very feminine emotional response that is often triggered when they cannot defeat your ideas with rational arguments.
If people learned the history of the KKK, they'd realize it wasn't evil either. How could a message based on hating darkies possibly have spread to every southern state within just a few years?
The occupational government would allow people to commit crimes against White Southerners unpunished. Rapes and thefts and murders were intentionally blocked from being punished because they were against the 'right people'. So the KKK formed up as a response to act as law enforcement when law enforcement wouldn't act.
Their primary sin was protecting the people from anarcho-tyrrany, so they had to become the boogieman and be destroyed. They did engage in some political violence, but 10x more was being done to the white population at the time. Modern histories tell it like it was one sided by them, which is about as accurate as if you were to talk about Palestinian violence and not mention all the shit that Israel does to cause it.
Had a wonderful conversation about Kefab and politics with a coworker yesterday. He asked how much of this will be remembered in history, and I pointed out he doesn't know what the Teapot Dome was.
Reminds me of after skool's video of why smart people believe dumb things https://youtube.com/watch?v=5Peima-Uw7w
IRL I have multiple degrees and PhD research and blah blah blah and I just smile and nod. My wife and I celebrated heartily. Life is good.
The cynic in me wants to ask if you banged his wife...
Wtf hell no
Oi shit for brains, this isn't a "natsoc" site either. The leather club is two doors down.
Being against anti-white discrimination doesn't make me a fan of state run economies, and it shouldn't do that to you either. The idea that nazis are right wing has always been wrong.
It's natsoc when I'm here 😎
Show yourself the door then. "I like everything the left does except that they target me" is not right wing.
No.
Go shill somewhere else commie.
Your story is so retarded that you sound like an instigating faggot that starts fights with your family, while espousing nothing of actual detail about the topics or conversation.
You genuinely come across as a Leftist pretending to be a rightoid voicing the heel character in the story that totally happened.
Literally: "Hello fellow National Socialists! Seig Heil! Have any of you heard of Nick Fuentes or Patriot Front! I think that's how we'll own the libs!"
What's up giz?
Shut up, faggot.
😘
I don't have any problem with the story but "happy I can hang out with natsoc boyos here" is a little eyebrow-raising
I don't buy it. "I was being completely reasonable, and then something triggered the liberal snowflake in my family for no reason, and my wife was upset that only he was yelling in our argument" sounds like literally every fake argument in every fake left-wing political cartoon to ever exist.
It's some literal Triangle Is Victorious shit.
Sadly, it's accurate.
It's happened to me personally, when a woman that I briefly dated who I hadn't heard from in a while called me out of the blue to chat, then eventually asked who I was voting for.
Then she and her boyfriend just went nuts. I kept it civil but it was really damn tempting to just say, "you know, I broke up with you because you simply weren't that great in bed."
That sounds more believable than what was presented. I've had those incidents where a Leftist just loses their shit and goes berserk, nearly to the point of violence. However, you were not saying that you were having a political conversation already that you were besting them in because you your rhetoric was highly developed and you simply countered all of their points with elegance and grace until they got upset.
That kind of attitude is what is being framed by the OP, and is what I'm challenging.
There's a few of us even on kia2. I also wrote this on conpro as well to get their take.
Maybe you're not a white nationalist or natsoc so ignore that part as it wasn't meant for you.
