In Japan, manning a convention booth is considered entry-level work. It's not something that the CEO or any higher-up in any company would ever be expected to do, outside of a humiliation ritual after they fuck up so tremendously that the company is now pushing them to quit. So the fact this guy even showed up in person here is already a poor look to Japanese eyes.
I notice they're only putting up images of the protagonist at her most flattering angles, and none involving the obese cow or the they-them. Definitely done purposely to draw eyes to them, since they know the Japanese still appreciate beauty and reject ugliness. It's definitely not enough though, and it doesn't cover up how amateurish their booth looks. Seriously, this looks like a freaking high school project.
