I told him I didn’t believe it and there had to be more to the story. There is so much incentive to push white on black racism and so much someone could gain the logical approach is to be extremely skeptical of such claims. I’ve reached the point where I don’t believe any such claims unless proven otherwise so disbelief is my default

My question to that is how do you avoid or work around the myriad of surveillance systems that exist nowadays? I would assume that there are some homes or street intersections with cameras between myself and a hypothetical enemy.
One aspect of that is there's a difference between detected and identified.
Unless there's total coverage that you can't reasonably just travel away from, you can be on the odd camera and still be an unidentifiable individual approaching from an obscure part of town. Securing anonymous yet inconspicuous means of transport and creating a large gap between being tracked to being untracked are the major considerations I would imagine.

Because nothing is known. The bullying thing is being argued by locals online. There is talk that it's part of a local campaign against the school board and it's hiring. No one knows anything.
