Probably best for a degree of shared governance, but Independence should always be on the table as the negotiating stick. Let us do 80% of what we want or we wall ourselves off and take 100% all the same.
It's a shared island and should keep its regional differences but Westminister does have to stop being the top of the pyramid as the local needs of John O' Groats are massively different to those of Land's End and London has no idea what either needs.
