25,000 hour WoW player here. There is very little in my life that I have mourned as much as the fall of My Game. It was the only thing that kept me going through my terrible teenage years and into an empty adulthood, and seeing what it has become still hurts my soul. I haven't touched it since ~October 2018, at the launch of Battle For Azeroth. The expansion changed too much about how each class played from Legion, and for the first time in nearly 14 years I simply did not want to play WoW anymore.
More than anything else, this corruption is what fuels my hatred for gays, trannies, women, non-Whites, and everyone else involved in the Progressive political movement that brought this about. I want revenge and I will support whoever I need to in order to get it. All I wanted to do was play Warcraft, do my dumb grocery store job, and be left alone until I died. For them that was too much to ask, and now I seek their utter destruction and annihilation.

But I agree with most of what you said. My class got spared the "changes" simply because Feral is basically too difficult for any of the blizz devs to play, so it literally plays exactly the same as it did back in Wrath. They just add or remove a buff or extra ability each expansion.
I've got free Blizzard games for life thanks to the D3 RMAH, and I've been playing DF recently to hang with the old lads and its absolutely making me more bigoted and hateful towards all the groups they are trying to "represent."

I might have had that time on my Mage added to my Priest if it weren't for how much Priest got jerked around each expansion! I changed in WoD since we had 2-3 consistent Priests on our raid roster, but our Mages kept disappearing after a month or two into the tier, so I volunteered to make it a new main.
I check through /wowg/ every few months, and the thread is a lot of doomsaying and furry spam now. There can't be much left of the playerbase that isn't "infected." Seeing the posts from fired Blizz trannies yesterday did tickle me a bit, though.
Watching your enemies' corpses floating down the river doesn't get old.
They added a little fox and humanoid dragons are playable races, of course the furry spam will be endless.
The playerbase is basically dead silent. If you don't join a guild or try to do a real raid you will almost never have to interact with anyone in any meaningful way and can avoid any bullshit.
But maybe I'm going soft because a random guy in LFG got me the Aeonaxx kill this week after 14 years of trying for it.
I know all about Aeonaxx. My camp lasted maybe 3 months of doing mostly nothing else but idling above the Quartzite Basin. 14 years is nuts, you have my congratulations after such a long hunt!
I'm not going to pretend it was a hard, sit for hours hunt. Mostly just maybe 15 minutes of flying around while I went into the dungeon to farm that mount (still the only dungeon mount I don't have, I got pre-nerf Rivendare quicker). TLPD still eludes me so I'd always hit that one if I wanted one of those idle ones. But it feels nice to check major rare ones off the list.
Now if I could finally have Invincible I'd be able to quit this game in piece. I'm pushing 800 attempts since Wrath, after being one of the 10 people in my guild who didn't get it during the 100% days, and its been eating me ever since.
Blizzard were bad long before that when they were screwing about their playerbase on a consumer rights level.

Private servers can be a thing 🏴☠️
There are wow private servers that are way better than retail wow. Retail wow is starting to copy Ascension because of its popularity. Ascension is a custom classless private server where you get mystic enchants that you build around so melee fire mage with fire cleave can be done or moonkin hunter or frost mage healer or rogue tank or dark ranger and etc.
Oh and from what I can tell Ascension has free speech in chat so a bunch of based people are usually on. It has a slight learning curve at first.
There is are a bunch of different servers and more coming out too.
I played around with Turtlewow for a little bit a couple years ago and had a blast. I'll have to take a look at that one to see if it catches my interest. I'm always a fan of "build your own class" options. Thank you for the recommendation.

Man, I checked on Imgur recently, it's like a nonstop fucking campaign ad with militant calls to destroy the correct political targets everywhere.
Imgur permabanned me a few years back when they noticed I would post the odd pro-Trump meme or disproved anti-Trump hoaxes that filled their front page. That was unforgiveable. This was long after they flagged #NotYourShield as NSFW.
Later, they shadowbanned all my Imgur albums. At least, that's my suspicion; All my Imgur albums are all 404 now. Not even I can see them. Help tickets are ignored.
One day all my Imgur albums magically became viewable again, so I thought maybe I wasn't shadowbanned but it was just a temporary bug on their end that effected some users and not others. But then... they 404'd again.
The only way I can make Imgur albums now is if I'm logged out. Then it works.
The sad thing is, I began replacing my GamerGate Yearly Retrospectives reddit posts with IMGchest links, but when the Imgur links worked again, I paused because I thought it was just a bug. Now they're broken again, and reddit pushed an update that now prevents banned accounts from editing their old posts (error: status 403).
