He's a male feminist retard, but I repeat myself. He probably believes some variation of "believe all women, but not this psycho because she's a lying bitch". They never admit that it's their own bullshit that makes this possible.
As for the accusations themselves, there's no telling what's actually true. Male feminists are likely to be abusers, but female feminists are likely to be false accusers. There's also the fact that false abuse accusations are pretty much standard procedure during a divorce rape. It makes the payday bigger for the whore.

As so often seems to happen with female feminists who have male children. They have to reconcile the reality of their male child’s experience with the feminist lies they’ve been told and end up concluding that obviously their child is a special exception.
And it puts the idea that it’s possible to reason with most feminists into perspective. When they won’t even believe their own eyes there’s little hope they’ll listen to reason.
I recall the infamous "I need my son to _____, I need my son to ______.", etc, which was a long list of obligations to give preferential treatment to women he was supposed to help at school so they could come out on top at his expense, letting less-qualified women get the jobs opportunities first before him, risking his safety to the benefit of women, etc.
Female feminists are also likely to be abusers as well. I'd say doubly so for "open relationship" types.

I actually harbor some small hope that he will pull through and arrive at the truth. He's more willing to engage with his opposition that most leftist personalities from what I've seen, even if he is still firmly entrenched in that worldview. Exposure alone is often enough to start chipping away at that dam.
