I stand by both remarks & obviously do not believe they even arguably violated the rules. These are the kind of comments that are made millions of times every day & nobody gets in trouble for them. The worst that can happen on a comment like this is that the visibility gets limited, or you're told you need to delete it. Actually getting a permaban over this is insane & shows that it was really just a pretext.
This is why the burden should be on them to completely prove any actions taken towards accounts or at least a fast track through the courts on behalf of the public to prevent abusing their terms. Why isn't there legal charity to provide the information needed if twitter users need to go court themselves in the US or the EU.
This was an organized campaign using well-established tactics that should not have worked anymore given Elon Musk's public statements favoring free speech, yet they still did. The wokes still control Twitter & operate under the rather where they think Elon & the larger public won't notice them.

If you really want to get back on twitter you can get a free SIM card from Mint Mobile that is good for 2 weeks. Grab one, use it to verify what ever accounts you want (Twitter, Signal, Discord if you're a fag, etc.), then toss it.
You can also buy verification texts from mainly Russian and Kazakhstan websites for 3-5 cents. Many take crypto. The target customer is someone buying in bulk so exchange fees matter less in those cases but it is an option.

On social media, that could mean spamming, advertising competitors, harassing someone, or attempting to DDOS or throttle network traffic on the site. There's no way any normal communication with your own audience - even it violates any other gay speech rules - is interfering with the service. Tweets flagged by a tranny janny for WrongThink should only be subject to deletion or downranking at worse.
Further there obviously must be some kind of time limitation in said offenses. In no way can an old tweet - even if it would normally qualify as spam or harassment - be interfering with the service if nobody noticed it until now.
