Nobody should be banned/suspended from a service unless they are interfering with the operation of that service. On social media, that could mean spamming, advertising competitors, harassing someone, or attempting to DDOS or throttle network traffic on the site. There's no way any normal communication with your own audience - even it violates any other gay speech rules - is interfering with the service. Tweets flagged by a tranny janny for WrongThink should only be subject to deletion or downranking at worse.
Further there obviously must be some kind of time limitation in said offenses. In no way can an old tweet - even if it would normally qualify as spam or harassment - be interfering with the service if nobody noticed it until now.
BUT conspiring to suspend someone's account IS interference with the service. In other words bragging that you helped get someone banned should get you banned.
