The black population is also in decline under the same cultural pressures as whites. Hispanics are the ascendant demographic. To your point, they won't riot because they don't chimp out like black people. It's more insidious - they prefer to run their own business, but they won't do it very well and they'll shut everyone else out. Cartel violence + locking white people out of neighborhoods and economic sectors.

I read somewhere else (didn't verify) that the girlfriend didn't want to mention the skin color of the attacker when giving her statement. She's also apparently a BLM activist.
