Hysteria? Sure, but their policy changes are still in place and still getting people killed. With the white population in decline, it will get harder and harder to fight it. I'm betting that in a few years there will be a similar riot movement based around this new crop of immigrants. A lot of them are from places far worse than the likes of Mexico.
The black population is also in decline under the same cultural pressures as whites. Hispanics are the ascendant demographic. To your point, they won't riot because they don't chimp out like black people. It's more insidious - they prefer to run their own business, but they won't do it very well and they'll shut everyone else out. Cartel violence + locking white people out of neighborhoods and economic sectors.
