Not only that, didn't doctors LOSE their licenses for making the prescriptions?

Don't forget about the pharmacists who took it upon themselves to keep people from fuilling their "horse dewormer" prescriptions and bragged about it online.

"Never in writing, always in cash"

So long as there wasn't anything going through the courts or legislator, they had deniability when the deaths rose because of their actions.

As soon as a statement is required in court and taken by a court recorder, they immediately deny anything that results in them taking responsibility.

“FDA made these statements in response to multiple reports of consumers being hospitalized, after self medicating with ivermectin intended for horses, which is available for purchase over the counter without the need for prescription,” Ms. Honold said.

A version of the drug for animals is available, but ivermectin is approved by the FDA for human use against diseases caused by parasites.

Ms. Honold said that the FDA didn’t purport to require anyone to do anything or to prohibit anyone from doing anything.

“What about when it said, ‘No, stop it’?” Circuit Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod, on the panel that is hearing the appeal, asked.

“Why isn’t that a command? If you were in English class, they would say that was a command.”

Ms. Honold described the statements as “merely quips.”

“Can you answer the question, please? Is that a command, ‘Stop it’?” Judge Elrod asked.

“In some contexts, those words could be construed as a command,” Ms. Honold said.

“But in this context, where FDA was simply using these words in the context of a quippy tweet meant to share its informational article, those statements do not rise to the level of a command.”

The statements “don’t prohibit doctors from prescribing ivermectin to treat COVID or for any other purpose” Ms. Honold said. She noted that the FDA, along with the statements, said that people should consult their health care providers about COVID-19 treatments and that they could take medicine if it was prescribed by the provider.

“FDA is clearly acknowledging that doctors have the authority to prescribe human ivermectin to treat COVID. So they are not interfering with the authority of doctors to prescribe drugs or to practice medicine,” she said.

Amazing. The FDA was apparently making quips regarding your medical health that you should not have taken seriously.

EDIT: I left out the best part.

Ms. Honold also said that the courts can’t hold agencies accountable when they provide false or misleading information: “The FDA is politically accountable, just like all other executive agencies.”

Ok then so can we give the death penalty to pharmacists who denied Ivermectin despite a doctor's orders? It's so OBVIOUS to everyone the FDA was joking about "muh hOrsE PaSTe!" Those pharmacies were acting under no advice, and personally just wanted to kill people.

...the courts can’t hold agencies accountable when they provide false or misleading information: “The FDA is politically accountable, just like all other executive agencies.”

This is one of many reasons why these federal agencies shouldn't have been considered constitutional to begin with. I want to say I can't believe this woman has the gall to argue a constitutional point here, but actually I can.

So I tried to archive an article from insider about this but its been excluded conveniently. TLDR a guy who claimed to be an ER doctor at an Oklahoma hospital network said that emergency rooms were so full of Ivermectin overdoses that people with gunshot wounds were forced to wait outside. The hospital later clarified no one had been admitted for ivermective OD. The supposed doctor was a guy named Jason McElyea who the hospital clarified worked for a staffing company and no longer had any contact with them. I'm going to refrain from saying what I'd like to and just say that that was a crazy time and it is disappointing so many people have moved on when so many were most likely murdered for $40,000 dollars and to avoid discrediting the vaccines, then on top of that the FDA posted sarcastic memes to gaslight you.

If there was a single negative side effect to ivermectin it would have been front page news for 6 months. You literally can't kill a lab animal with it. They couldn't find a single 911 call anywhere in the country more severe than people resorting to horse paste and having diarrhea because they misjudged the dosage.

Depends on the animal, collies and other herding breeds of dog are fatally sensitive to it because they can't metabolise it like other animals can.

All stories like this tell me is they're going to get away with it, again, because no ones going to hold them accountable.

The only way to hold them accountable is to be ok with doing time for first degree murder. The law will not hold any of these cretins to account for the irreparable harm they have done to the entire world.

FDA explicitly recognizes that doctors do have the authority to prescribe ivermectin to treat COVID

I remember reading a story about Texas was still going after a doctor for prescribing it as late as last week.

FDA should be immediately defunded and consumers given the right to buy any medicine over the counter- just like in mexico.

FDA has taken too many pharma bribes to have any legutumacy remaining.

Because it worked.

For the clot shot to get emergency approval there had to be no other method of treatment. So hoooooooooorse paaaaaaaaaste propaganda was deployed.

It offered an alternative to the vaxx, and if there was an alternative then they couldn't bank on the sheer fear factor they had been building to coerce people into getting it.

That's why there was literally nothing ever offered to anyone who caught it other than "go to the hospital and get on a machine." Because if people weren't panicking (and getting worse because of the stress of it), they would have seen how much of a joke disease it was.

People who had existing prescriptions for chronic illnesses couldn't get them filled because pharmacists refused. Governors banned HCQ and IVM in their state.

People should sue for having their medical treatment interfered with, at the least.
