Damn. I missed out on this scam. As a Latinx person, I always felt this could be a fallback position for me. “What are your qualifications?” “I’m brown.” “Anything else?” “I trained myself to say ‘Latinx’ without laughing.”

Nice to see but I'm willing to bet it will change little. Companies are already upfront about "diversity" so race is already a factor, it does not justify having people payed to just say white-people bad hire brown and black people.
I’d love to see a CEO that says “who cares” when he is told that his company isn’t diverse enough. Also don’t you love how meritocracy is fine for sports but they twist themselves into knots explaining why that can’t work in the real world
Evolution stopped at the neck. Hell, you can see this at play in sports given the demographic divide between players and coaches. The NFL is 70% black because merit, but coaching is 70% white (or whatever) because racism.
It’s never enough. One thing that was brought up was that a team owner is probably even more hesitant to hire a black coach because they know they are stuck with them even if they end up being lousy. Also I’m curious how many of the black players want to get into coaching. They make it seem like they all do but I doubt it
I'm always amazed at how mental illness clearly manifests in the face and how everyone seems to be afraid to notice this.
I look forward to a world where we finally acknowledge that, much in the same way that FAS and Down Syndrome manifest in facial deformation, so too does certain levels of crazy and unhinged. These books are always the ones that should be judged by their cover.
These new leftist commissars came into vogue as a reactionary response to the George Floyd summer of love bullshit. The Floyd riots were (ostensibly) based upon the notion that institutional racism was rampant in America -- a flat out lie. How ironic it is that that lie was used as the justification to install these officers whose job it is to enforce institutional racism.
These people need to go, and if they're falling out of power that is very good news indeed.
I bet it will just be renamed to another title. There are too many gender studies graduates who will be out of jobs if they don't hire them somehow.
