It is doublethink. The laptop is simultaneously fake Russian propaganda, and an invasion of Hunter Biden's privacy.

Remember: it's not happening, and it's good that it is.

Oh, like Ashley's diary, too! Crazy how that keeps happening to the Bidens.

Dude literally signed a piece of paper saying that the item was forfeit if he left it there too long.

But we can assume a corrupt judge will be chosen, so I guess this the repair shop owner is fucked.

It's practically the reason Delaware exists.

Yeah people forget Joe Biden's role in all of that, too. Well considered, progressives shouldn't like him. I don't know that they love him, but they should dislike him as much as any Cheney.

That would require progs to have any morals beyond what advances Marxism right this second. They are comfortable with their hypocrisy.

51 intelligence officials claimed the laptop was disinformation. All 51 of them were lying. Why aren't they fired from their roles?

Has he hit the cocain again and the lawyers are too afraid to say no?

When he got the repair, he signed a contract, and the contract is that if you don't collect it in time, it becomes their collateral for costs. But I'd love to see this in court as the Judge would be constantly going 'Mr Biden please shut up, you've already implicated several agencies and law enforcement in cover ups and for gods sakes stop doing lines in court!'

His argument is more interesting than that because imagine you left your computer at the repair shop and then the repair shop takes ownership. But, you have your bank account information on the computer. That doesn't mean the repair shop can misuse the bank account information or publish your information in the newspaper. Obviously, that's a stronger case than Hunter's but it's a similar idea. He's saying "Okay, it's their laptop now. They can install Minecraft or use it for porn or whatever but that doesn't give them the right to disclose all of my private information to the New York Post."

That said, the chutzpah for him to even bring this case where he can then be deposed says a lot about the life this guy has lead.

Watch his legal argument be that he was so fucked out of his mind on crack that he couldn’t consent to the legal documents he signed that transferred ownership upon his abandonment of the laptop and refusal of payment. The screeching retards on Twitter are now trying to claim that the information on the laptop is somehow a different ip ownership despite that repeatedly being proven false in courts countrywide.

Can you get out of a contract that you signed while drunk?

Possibly, but it’s kind of murky legally, it falls under the same concept of someone not being able to consent while inebriated, most famously used in rape or sexual assault cases.

Hmm ok, so you mean women would be able to get out of the contract because they were drunk, but men can't? Sounds about right.

Maybe he shouldn't be smoking crack and leaving evidence of felonies on his laptop.

Hunter Biden couldn't have any expectation of privacy in a laptop he voluntarily brought to a repair shop then abandoned.

The move is a response to a suit filed by Mac Isaac himself last year and amended several times since, alleging that Hunter Biden defamed him by saying he had illegally accessed the data — when in fact, Mac Isaac contends, the laptop became his property when it was abandoned in his shop. The repairman’s suit also targeted CNN, Politico, the Biden campaign and Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.).

Reddit : “Hunter Biden wasn’t elected president!”

Hunter says on the laptop that Joe Biden was using his family to funnel money to himself :

The goal isn't to win a lawsuit, the goal is to bankrupt the guy.

Uno reverse card: bill him for "storage" for the last few years and charge him whatever your lawyers cost plus $1.

This is now evidence that it is indeed his laptop.

When you bring the law into a situation like this, you have to prove that something is your property in order for the charges to stick.

do you people seriously expect a fair trial? do you think the courts are an impartial arbiter? do you think logic even applies here? there's one law for you and another law for the elites.

for the left, having the nerve to make the party look bad is one of the most unforgivable crimes you could commit. especially if you're some pissant commoner.

if you think this lawsuit was entirely Hunter Biden's idea you simply don't understand how these things work. this is a display of power. the elites are reaffirming that if you have the right friends

  1. you can get away with anything, even the kind of things Hunter allegedly did

  2. if someone tries to hold you accountable, they will be punished.

It's obvious on the face of it that he has no case, not least because he is simultaneously claiming the laptop is his AND that it is not his.

But the astonishingly corrupt "justice system" will be put into motion by its Democrat owners, and the corrupt members of this system will in turn pick corrupt, connected Democrat donors to sit as the 'jury of peers', and the innocent Mac Repair guy will be utterly destroyed.

I love the US Constitution but I am slowly coming to dislike this country enough to leave it. Increasingly I think 'why not move to Mexico or Argentina'? Each very different, I know, but in general it's cheaper, warmer, less blatantly corrupt (yes, really) and less openly violent (for where I am, yes, really) than the supposedly "desirable" place I live, three blocks from the once beautiful beach in CA.

Now I can barely walk to my car in confidence, forget about anything as now-disgusting as the beach and the violent drug zombies which overrun it. I'm right by the beach and yet generally stay triple locked in my apartment because my white face might "incite" some Democrat-darling to violence.

I know if were to be attacked they'd get off, be let out in under 24 hours and in the meantime I'd likely be arrested for the "crime" of resisting in even the slightest way.

Meanwhile, down south of the "border", I'll have as many de facto 'rights' as the American Regime Democrat Fascists pretend I have here. As in, because I am a conservative, absolutely none.

I think I'm really done here.

[Sorry for the blackpilledness. I know its not the same for everyone, but this is genuinely how I feel at the moment.]
