Pippa gets her humor from 4chan and the Farms. Any attempt to cancel her would probably result in more followers for her, since that is literally her audience.
Also, note that Pippa got more engagement on her post than Gura usually does, despite the fact Gura is one of, if not the, most subscribed English Vtubers out there.

By their definition most of the sapient world are 'incels', including married couples.
Like most new terms, it only held its initial meaning for a small chunk of time, then it went more mainstream and lefties twisted it into yet another generic and meaningless slur for anyone who disagrees with their insanity.
The only time it held meaning was when it was a self-idenitifier. The moment it went viral and started being used elsewhere it already just meant "hates women." And now is even more generic to just "bad person."

I have come to the conclusion that most people who use 'incel' as an insult don't know what it means. Similar to 'CHUD'. Their ideology prevents them from using insults that can be considered racist, sexist, ableist, etc so when something that's deemed acceptable gains any traction they'll use it without thinking.
Considering I have seen 'incel' used as an insult against people who are married and have children? Yeah, they dont know.
