Ask yourself who would find it offensive that kids know how to defend themselves.

I'm a European person who never shot a gun. So correct me if I'm wrong, but this is my take.

In the US, guns are around. Now, you can agree or disagree with the situation, but simply making your kid not understand guns and not know how they work is not making them safe.
It benefits them to know guns are not magic. You have to take them seriously, but they won't just jump at you by themselves. A kid who knows about them and understands them (to me) sounds a lot less likely to fuck around and do something stupid.

But also, I looked up this Matt person. He is a makeup wearing "queer jew" who wants you to call him 'he/they'. A man prancing around made up like a cheap hooker is a danger to children. No matter what.

It gets a little more in depth. In the more rural part of the country, guns are a part of the culture. Want something to do? Go to a a spot and shoot targets. Everyone owns guns, deals with guns, and thinks of guns as part of their life. When I want to sound as American as I can, I think about my favorite gun.

The journalists and the like only associate guns with gang members and killers. So, they see a gun and assume someone is about to be shot. It doesn't help that to learn gun safety takes a lot more work and effort than it does in the rural parts.

Europe is just told the gangster part.

BTW, the rural people are told that gang violence is rampant in the cities, so they assume anyone from a city is part of a gang or deals with it all the time.

In the US, guns are around

Even this is more meme than reality. There are only two places where you will see guns on the regular if a member of your household isn't a big gun guy. Rural areas or the ghetto.

The ghetto one is the problem, because its almost always being used for something very bad, in a very unsafe manner, and completely illegally. This is also the only one most of the Left sees (because their urban sprawls always have ghettos) and the one they talk about the most (so Europe thinks every neighborhood in America is a nigger infested ghetto).

Like, your street probably has a few guns on it at any time. But if you aren't a crime heavy area you'll also probably never see one of them in your lifetime.

Hearing gunshots in rural areas prompts a reaction of "oh, the old farmer must be lining up his rifle for deer season" or "nice, somebody bought a new gun". Shooting in well-seasoned urban areas is somewhat different.

In the city sirens are nothing to worry about but gunshots are very bad. In the country it's the other way around.

If for no other reason than for having seen journalists handling firearms, which conclusively shows that abstinence is not the best form of protection where firearms are concerned.

Bingo.

Trannies find it highly inconvenient when a well placed kick in the balls disrupts their kiddy diddling.

Huh, wait a sec, let me test my new invention, the bullshit translator! It takes what leftists say and translates it into what they actually mean.

Let's try it with this: "Teaching self defence is worse than exposing kids to drag Queens"

TRANSLATING

"If kids learn how to defend themselves with guns and that we shouldn't touch them, it'll be like Kyle Rittenhouse again where we lost our pedophiles and domestic abusers and couldn't touch him! We even lost in court so if kids shoot pedos we can't even lock them up!"

Hey it works, great!

Self defense prevents grooming which is why this faggot is crying about it.

Every communist who gets really smug about describing traditional child rearing and/or things that are low class but still traditionally heterosexual (like taking your kids to Hooters) deserves to have very bad things happen to them.

Probably. But not because they're obnoxious, but because they're probably a pedophile.

At this rate, everything except hairy fagclowns twerking in schools is going to be grooming.

libtards: oh no, a "BAD WORD WE DONT LIKE" is being used to describe us!

[five seconds later]

libtards: let's start blatantly misusing the word to try to claim it for ourselves!

So typical of their kind.

The left thinks pretty much anything that teaches a kid for the future is some form of grooming. they might have a leg to stand on when it comes to their application of this logic to things like religion and deep traditions, but skills like in OP are a very different thing from a lifestyle.

I mean let's be honest, if I was 6 again I'd worry more about whether my parents gave me lunchables or if I'll leave school without shit in my pants.

Let's imagine I'm a 6 year old kid again

Careful saying that sort of stuff around these people, you'll get 'em all fired up.

"Scream for me when I use the flamethrower on you, alright?" is a good response, I think.

Usually the father specifically.

Which makes sense, as they didn't have one. So its all alien and uncomfortable to them to see. It also pisses them off, because that kid shouldn't be allowed to have things they didn't.

It's the usual tactic of leftoids to twist and redefine what a word means. Pretty much standard practice, by this point.
