It's fucking retarded that the death of one worthless junkie became a world-wide phenomenon. As if the death of that piece of shit affected anyone literally living on the other side of the globe. There are real human rights violations going on every minute all over the world all throughout China, Africa, and every third-world shithole, but no one gives a shit about them. One dipshit dies in America though, and suddenly everyone cries about the horrible treatments of black people.
If these countries have a problem with how the US supposedly treats blacks, why the hell aren't they offering to take them in? They have no issues taking in plenty of other "oppressed" brown people.
I’ve had people get upset when I remind them that there is actual oppression in parts of the world. And I agree. How Floyd became some symbol for racism is beyond me. I’m a proud American but that is one of the most embarrassing moments as a country (the summer of love).

Well there have been supporters of certain teams clearly associated with political parties but a lot of that can more reasonably be broken down to the teams location and class of the supporters . Look at Rangers vs Celtic or AC Milan Vs Inter Milan . The sport itself though is just a game and is in no way political.

After a few weeks, once people pointed out just how batshit crazy BLM are, they pretended that the kneeling had nothing to do with the organisation and claimed they were just kneeling to protest any and all kinds of discrimination. So until all discrimination everywhere stops (which obviously won't happen) they must continue to kneel, or they have to admit that they openly support a corrupt racist, marxist organisation and lied to the public about it.

That's why american sports commentators will blather on and on about soccer needing rule changes to make it "more exciting" which means more sprinting instead of endurance. Similar rule changes have been made to American football and basketball decades ago.
I said Africans for a reason. As in, from Africa. Soccer in the Americas is dominated by Latinos but in Europe, the French/German/UK/etc teams will heavily recruit Africans (typically from the African countries which were former colonies).
