50 years from now, the people who want pedophile rights but not mandatory pedophilia will be the far-right.
People were more accepting about the trans crap before they learned some realities about the procedure, how it's extremely easy to wrongfully transition, and how these extremists want to use the opposite gender washroom, and now people want to ban it to stop people from wrongfully transitioning because their mental illness or fetishes confused them.
It's abstraction vs. reality. Liberal ideology means people default toward tolerating whatever the newest degeneracy is, but the problems manifest in visceral reality eventually.

Capitalism versus communism is a false dichotomy. Unrestrained capital will trend towards complete global homogenization in order to maximize aggregate demand and simplify production. The resulting dissolution of culture and nations is indistinguishable from communism. This becomes readily apparent once you realize public ownership of corporations, the stock market, has resulted in the people owning the means of production under a dictatorship of proletarianized elites.
Its one of those dichotomy that almost feels like its forced into our heads to keep us from working towards actual beneficial change.
In the same way that you must either be Abolish Police or Blue Line, or climate change is a lie vs we will die soon from it, and so many others. Everyone gets put into a bubble where they instinctually reject fixing a problem because it sounds like the opposite side soft selling them.
