Sarver used language and engaged in conduct demeaning of female employees. Among other examples, he told a pregnant employee that she would be unable to do her job upon becoming a mother; berated a female employee in front of others and then commented that women cry too much;
Sarver commented and made jokes frequently to employees in large and small settings about sex and sex-related anatomy, including by making crude or otherwise inappropriate comments about the physical appearance and bodies of female employees and other women.
Over 50 current and former employees reported that Sarver frequently engaged in demeaning and harsh treatment of employees — including by yelling and cursing at them — that on occasion constituted bullying under workplace standards.
So he said the dreaded N-word because a black guy said it and he said something along the lines of do not use the n-word.

Made crude jokes.
The dude had a temper, like everyone in sports.

I do find the n-word shit to be especially infuriating. This is twice now that effective white male executives have been ousted from their own companies because they used the dreaded n-word in discussing or quoting other people using the n-word.

It's telling that the "original programmers were women" when it was connecting the wires to make sure that 10*1=10, but once it became asking the hardware to do things previously undreamed of like transmitting high quality video at high speeds, fostering P2P file sharing, designing physics engines, and innovating on the design and size of hardware coding became a man's job, and now that it's working with GUI's for LinkedIn to do what's going to be automatable in 5 years there's a big push for woman programmers.

I'm personally confused as to why they didn't outright ban him if they claim his abuse is so severe. They did the same with that sterling fellow a while back, and if the claims are to be believed what this guy did were a thousand times worse. To me this is them going after him, realizing they have no evidence to actually prove it, then backpedalling hoping noone will notice.

They've funded the WNBA to a point where they legitimately would have been better off paying women to come to the games for all that RoI, but they eat it up gladly while playing games in Dubai and Beijing. The NBA is far and away the most cucked league in America, beyond the NBA and MLB. "Sup my slave," "I was shootin' b-ball with a couple of Grove Street slaves," and so on.
