Then feel free to leave, Yankees! Oogah Boogah, we gon' putchu in da dress 'n' make ya have babbies!
Thanks for the laugh.
As a native Floridian, I say that anyone who moves here should have to endure one full week in August with no AC before they can register to vote.
That would suck but I’ll take that over freezing temps any day. I live in Texas so I need to keep it red. Florida looks like it’s doing just fine
Has that book officially replaced harry potter as the thing privileged white girls quote incessantly?
I doubt many actually read it, outside maybe a school assignment. People did read harry potter.
Sure but I thought it was widely assigned in skrewel?
But how many actually read it?
IDK I think I read it but I don't remember it. A lot of school fiction books went in one ear and out the other like that (in one eye and out the other?). I guess there wasn't anything useful to learn from those books. Cuz I have no trouble remembering the facts I learned in school.
Like I've read several Shakespeare plays, supposedly, but if you asked me to name a minor character I probably couldn't.
I was never assigned that shit but I actually had a good education
Yeah, it's a lie of female oppression written by a male genocide advocate. Of course they love it.
Comment Reported for: Rule 16 - Identity Attacks
Comment Approved: I think it's close with he last sentence, but I don't think it crosses the line.
No, they've never read it, and most of them haven't seen the series either. The most glaring error they make is that the characters in the Handmaid's Tale would be horrified by abortion -- not just the rulers, but the handmaids and other oppressed women as well. The setup is that (before Gilead took over) something has caused fertility to drop precipitously; people are desperate for babies.
oh really? maybe I'll pick it up then. That sounds genuinely interesting.
I… Wouldn’t recommend that. Sure, it’s politically interesting, and knowing your enemy IS useful, but seriously, I… Would recommend against that, lol.
Go for The Name of the Rose instead. 👌
It was rather more empowering to useless cunts who have no real purpose or drive in life to think an entire society would revolve around them based upon the fact their womb is still show-room new thanks to no one ever putting their dick near it. It's a whole lot better than realizing the only people who would fuck a pig would rather fuck the real thing.
Then leave.
The planet.
In other words compared to their dystopias of California and New York, it's a fantasy world of actual freedom
Everyone is fleeing blue states for red states. So much so that the corrupt census had to deliberately miscount in order to maintain democrat representation in congress.
Florida is one of a handful of states where wage growth is tracking higher than inflation.
It would appear that both prosperity and popularity are positively correlated with state enforced conservatism.
Never forget the Handmaid's Tale is poorly written smut. Never take anyone who gets their politics from porn seriously.
"-panting- their wives will hold my wrists while they drive themselves deep into my fertile"
I think I saw that Tweet.
I guess they aren't all wrong. I mean one of the things listed is having math textbooks have race controversy. I mean at some point in my life I would have thought that wasn't real.
But yeah the real stretch they are trying to make here is more stretched out than their boyfriends asshole.
And the UK is like the early stages of the SCUM Manifesto. Move there.
Camp of the Saints is a better predictor of the future than Handmaid's Tale.

Not really. I don't think all of Europe are going to be murdered by Indians.
this is the statement that bothers me the most. race has nothing to do with math and the fact that it was injected into math textbooks should be a massive warning to everyone. But the CRT bating marxists in government and media pointing this out confirms their own subverting agenda.
Fine. They can leave.
Erhmagerd, living in Flerida is like Goosbermps berks.
I remember when Democrats would criticize Republicans on things that made more sense. For example, go after education, health care costs, or environmental concerns. These are less extreme subjects that people actually care about and Democrats often have an advantage because they always propose more spending.
But going for the "we're living in the Handmaid's Tale" jugular when most people are struggling to pay their bills is only bad slight of hand, it makes THEM look extreme.
Can I interest them to flights to Abu Dhabi?
At least Gilead managed to keep birth rates up (forced breeding notwithstanding), thus ensuring it didn’t demographically collapse, unlike, say, the entire West, these days… 🤔
You can't keep birth rates up because everyone and I mean everyone, knows that women hate men and only want them around for their resources.
Even if they don't admit it, the dropping rates of marriage and childbirth make it self-evident that even the normies know something is wrong.
Maybe. I seem to be at the point in my life where most people I know, my age, are getting married and having kids… Even the avowed feminists…
This doesn’t mean those relationships will last, and it doesn’t mean that they’ll have more than one kid (nor does it necessarily mean you are wrong), but yeah…
It ain’t gonna affect birth rates overall, here, but it is… Interesting, being around that.
Just makes me feel even more isolated, personally. But it is what it is. My decisions and mistakes led me here. I accept that.
I suppose that would make me an “incel”, or whatever, in the mainstream. How ironic.
It definitely is please don’t move to Florida in fact don’t move within 4 states of Florida because their influence reaches that far. Try to convince your lefty friends and family around the influence of Florida to move back home up north. If you love them get them out of that dystopian nightmare. Here is a secret, the locals would be more than happy to help them escape back north.
Blessed be De Santis!
Women have rights in that state, abortion does not count as a woman's right.
God there needs to be a ban against calling abortion a human right.
No, it's like living in a retirement community with alligators infesting the golf course water hazards and 300 days of high 90/low 80 temps with 75% humidity.
It's not "like" that, it IS that.
Preferable to living in Illinois, Tennessee, California...
Is Tennessee that pozzed?
