If a jew advocated that jews use pornography as a weapon for racial and ethnic domination, it would absolutely be a violation of Rule 16. If they argued it for the sake of ethnic cleansing or genocide, it would be a violation of Rule 2.
If a jew simply said: jews are disproportionately represented in pornography, it wouldn't be a violation of Rule 16, because it does not allege any sort of racial conspiracy. If religious familiarity meant religious solidarity, the Arab states wouldn't be constantly divided at at each other's throats.
