As far as I understand, KIA2 is also using an old version of the software used in the other communities. And C would be like the master mods we see on reddit, that despite their names not being public they control everything on all subreddits.

Like, I haven’t looked recently, but last I checked… Did you see the “skin”, there, or the home feed formatting, or the login process..? By comparison to this place, it is woeful…

Only today have they changed something on the code for the new design. In the past I received a notification of new posts with a red dot on the bell. Now it tells me how many notifications I have(Like in the old code from KIA2).
My guess is C is actually doggos, but on an overall level. Iirc he's the one who's been the main guy to build all of this when The_Donald moved. Heck, C probably just stands for Community.

I’m pretty sure he set that place up, at request, and from what I’ve heard, it’s who you appeal to, if you want a new Win site set up…
