This is kind of where Project Veritas gets to cash in it's integrity equity with me. They've been extremely trustworthy over the years, and taking over 3 months for due diligence and vet the source materials sounds about right to me.

One thing that it's missing is an undercover video recording that Veritas normally has. If it were counter intel, it's odd because it doesn't follow further counter intel as it's relatively focused.

I wouldn't be surprised if this were the case but it almost seems too lax, you'd think there would be more informal jargon.
I thought military entities (such as DARPA) would tend to avoid such informal jargon in documents, particularly in internal stuff.
