Unlikely to stick, barring major new revelations. There are already European health authorities commenting semi-definitively that Omicron is milder.

Yeah, until they do a complete 180 again. I'm old enough to remember when the Delta variant was much milder than the original strain, before it somehow turned into Airborne Ebola AIDS Ass Cancer overnight.

They're pushing vaxx passports, lockdowns, restrictions, and all that other shit again despite the mild status. I'm just waiting for that pivot like they did with Delta.

You're forgetting the nursing home holocausts that Dem governors were committing in 2020 in New York and Colorado to boost the numbers up. That and hospitals counting car accidents, gunshot deaths, and basically anything else as covid deaths because they get paid by the government for covid patients.

They needed a cover story for why more people were dying from the vaccines.

Right at the beginning of the pandemic, there was caution issued on jumping to conclusions by the experts monitoring the virus for the EU. (...) Von Der Leyen ignored this and pushed lockdowns

She has no authority to push 'lockdowns' though. Unless you think that crazy theory of yours, but I do believe that was before your dreaded woman was in charge of the ECB.

The second time she ignored the EMA was when the AZ vaccine was believed to be the worst (how naive we were) and she backed continuing to administer it until the whole bloc banned it one after the other.

If you do not believe that AZ was the worst, then you believe she was correc.t

But what did the EMA advise? Does she even have the authority to stop a given vaccine?

The third time was fairly recently, the EMA was starting to raise concerns about myocarditis from the MRNA shot. She blocked any statement about it until July when they finally issued the report with the bullshit boilerplate "this happens but the vax is still safe".

From whom? The EMA?

It wouldn't surprise me if she ignores them for a 4th time and pushes her personal goal of mandating the vax on everyone despite the lack of fatalities from the Omicron variant.

What good would that do her? And like I said, this is not even remotely within her authority.

She recommended lockdowns then. I'm not actually sure how much power she has, because I've never seen them defy her to the point that she goes any further.

I think your mistake is in seeing causality there, as opposed to the ruling class being basically of one mind. It also helps that she is the kind of boogeyman that you want.

It still should have been halted until the investigation was completed. She refused to recommend this until her hand was forced.

The Johnson & Johnson pause in the US is widely viewed as a mistake that contributed to not-very-well founded fears.

She blocked any public statement about it for months and even had discussion of it censored for disinformation.

OK, so this is now sounding a bit less likely. Can you back this up?

She doesn't care, she wasn't elected. She's sitting in a stolen seat playing dictator and seeing how far she can push the sadistic plans.

If it's not within your authority, you will not be obyed.

Most of Africa is unvaccinated-

They were telling the world that this variant is mild for months…

Leaky vaccines CREATE MORE DANGEROUS variants (see my post from geert vanden bossche)

So, in Ontario, those currently "fully" vaccinated are actually slightly more likely to get xiflu than those with no shots whatsoever.

My hypothesis is that the government is telling everyone to get "boosted", which we know lowers the effectivness of the immune system for days, or even weeks. So we obviously see cases spike because the government is encouraging people to cripple their immune systems during a spike in cases. It's interesting to note that the "partially" vaxxed have a much lower case rate than either; probably because their immune systems aren't currently compromised and they aren't being tested because they're considered "vaxxed".

At this point it's getting very hard to justify the governments actions with stupidity. We've got leaky jabs causing mutations and variants (predictably), when the variants blow up the government does everything it can to drive the case rate higher.

My guess is vaccines offer moderate protection for 4 to 6 months, during which unvaccinated people develop more natural immunity, which lasts longer and is more effective than the vaccines.

When vaccinated people are 4 to 6 months out of their shot, they now have less immunity than an unvaccinated group.

Same statistical trend happened in the UK earlier, because the UK vaccinated earlier.

So far there is zero evidence they offer any protection, but there is mounting evidence they do the opposite.

We still have ZERO placebo studies made available to the public to know for a fact that they do anything at all other than cripple immune systems and come with lots of side-effects.

Most people claiming the vaccines "work" in any capacity only have unreliable and misconstrued infection/hospital rates to go by, which really speaks nothing to the efficacy of the drugs themselves due to the amount of variables involved with gauging the increase/decrease of infection/hospital rates.

An extremely contagious strain emmerged. Quick! Swarm testing centers and gather inside with a bunch of people at the peak of their contagious phase! Don't worry, your magic talismans that don't filter airborne particles will protect you!

Testing is our way out of this!

Lol. They are accidentally correct though. The sooner it sweeps the place, the sooner we reach actual immunity.

In Québec, you can litterally see the trend of hospitalisations vs cases faceplant about a week after omicron sweeps the place and kicks the previous strain out of the way.

Since sick people who deteriorate need a week+ to end-up hospitalized, this is clear the dominant factor is a much milder but more contagious strain is now reaching people first.

Given the absolutely massive increase in infections over the past 2 weeks, no change in vaccination aside from decreasing protection, claiming this atypical lack of hospital swarm is due to vaccines is beyond lying. It's pure gaslighting.

It's less severe because it's how all viruses (especially coronaviruses) go. They can start out more dangerous, but as time goes on they become more infectious and less deadly. This is also why no effective coronavirus vaccine has ever been made.

Lol, SA's wave looks like it's going to last about 40 days and contribute less than an extra 100 deaths over the background coof deaths. Omicron is a mutant retard- or possibly an escaped vaccine candidate that ended up transmissible.

its not a retard, it spreads its dna like all viruses want, it will live on much longer than the initial strains that fucked people up. thats viruses goal, not chaos. it was only so deadly initially because of the lab tech nician.

The experience in Africa goes directly against the narrative. They have a single digit injection rate, and they report that it's no more than a mild cold.

I believe their claim is that they do nothing against Omicron infection after a 'long' time.

But yes, it's amusing to see them try to get doubly vaccinated to get a booster by arguing that two jabs are not enough, while arguing to the unvaccinated that it provides great protection.
