California makes it illegal to remove condom without consent - The Erotic Service Providers Legal Educational Research Project supported the bill, saying it could allow sex workers to sue clients who remove condoms. (www.sandiegouniontribune.com)

Get to work on editing human genetics then, because this shit is baked in from several thousand generations of evolution. It isn't going anywhere and you're a fool if you think it is.

Realistically your best bet is to shift back to a patriarchy, as has been the norm in every human society since time immemorial.

Isn't that essentially what Assange was accused of?

I believe Sweden classified it as rape, which is criminal and why they were able to attempt to extradite him. This looks like it's a civil law.

“never talk to a woman about anything not business related”

And now you are purposefully excluding them. Which is also "discrimination" and grounds for a complaint.

They don't tell you that part in the training for a reason, but there is no winning.

literally have to take a video

On a related note that might end up being the option to prove whether it breaks if claimed otherwise. Even outwith stealthing or whatever related topics condoms are not infallible in the first place so pregnancy can still occur however there are disclaimers for this on packaging [heh] so that npcs can't turn around and try to sue companies. Well, they can turn around and try since they do, but the disclaimer tells them to GTFO.

As mentioned in addition to the simple fact they aren't 100% effective at stopping pregnancy, they can break. They can be put on wrong - Ron Jeremy of all people tells the story of how the first time he had sex he put the condom on inside out and remarks it was more like he was [paraphrasing] "fucking the rubber" than the girl he was with. There are different sizes in regards to both sheath material and ring which can be erroneously applied leading to again ineffective protection means but also potential damage to those wearing them as a result of blood constriction. That too can lead to breakage since you then have a product being strained beyond its testing means.

Willing to bet like many things these days there is a whole minefield of loopholes waiting here and incomplete considerations as to what this may end up dealing with.

Wut? It makes sense not to allow someone to remove a condom, but what kind of deranged mind do you have when you support this to benefit "sex workers" (= prostitutes) rather than respectable women?

Frankly, anyone who does that with a prostitute should be lined up against a wall and executed as a public health hazard.

Do respectable women sleep with shady condom removers?

Doesn't have to be shady, I've had condoms just slip off because of a certain angle or position, not intentional at all.

I would expect a respectable woman wouldn't sue you over it though

Why not skip to the source and line up the prostitutes?

Both would be nice. Equal opportunity culling.

"sex workers" (= prostitutes)

Excuse me, but I believe that's "erotic service providers"; definitely not hookers//

Really scummy? Yes, but I don't think it rises to the level of something that you can sue for.

Edit: deleted a whole bunch of text that treated this at a broader level and not so much to the topic itself.

So is prostitution now legal in California officially? Is it normal for the government to put laws into effect to protect jobs that are considered criminal? Like is it illegal to pay for illicit drugs with counterfeit cash? Could the drug dealer sue a buyer for it without also being hauled into jail for intent to sale?
