This seems fishy. Gender dysphoria is not some trivial mental illness that you decide you have. I find it hard to believe someone who shows no signs of wanting to look like a women is in fact gender dysphoric.
This guy is buff, tanned, and totally do-able; he certainly doesn't look like a failure as a man. Why would he do that?
I can answer that question! It could be getting cheated on by the love of his life, someone who turned him on mentally, physically, and sexually like no other woman before, and then leaving him to get plowed by some other dude.

Both the people I've met who decided they were the other gender were clearly pressured into it by a woman.
One was a guy in college who's girlfriend was into guys that looked like chicks. He went right up to the amputation / surgery but wouldn't do it as he was at least old enough to realize permanent scarring and amputation would fuck him up for life. At some point they broke up and I know he wasn't "really trans" because without the pressure from his girlfriend he chose to go back to being a guy.
The other was the high school age son of a coworker. I added her on facebook and she filled it with how crazy she was - around the time she pushed her ex-husband to suicide, her current fiance broke up with her, and she started posting feminist man-hating themes on facebook, her son - who had nowhere else to live - suddenly "decided" he was a trans-girl. No shit.
I honestly question whether gender disphoria - without pressure from external people - is actually a real thing.
What I'm certain of is that pushing it is driven by some people's desire to dominate and humiliate others.

Naw fighting is a skill. You would get absolutely demolished by any women who has been training long enough.
Only if he's done literally zero training himself. And really any dude should have done at least a little training somewhere, it's an important skill.

I wouldn't say demolished because raw strength differential is a hell of a thing, but if he's got no guard then yeah one good shot to the dome is all it's gonna take.
No it's not, because they're fighting each other so the playing field is level and it's a real competition. The same with women's sports.
Just because the level of intensity is much lower than men's competitions doesn't mean it isn't still competitive in it's own right.
