“Ethnic centered studies”. What a nice way to say racism centered studies. Can I teach a classroom of black kids “ethnic centered studies” about how because of the culture they are raised in they will likely never marry, never obtain or want an education, eat unhealthy, and die before the age of 65. Would you allow those factual “ethnic studies”?
I don't want to see innocent police railroaded by the system but I've seen the unions protect bad cops just as much.
When I suggest banning unions, I mean the compulsion to join, or from receiving any support from the company/department. We cannot ban people freely organizing on their own time or joining guilds.
Unions were a necessary evil because the government created state-funded and protected public corporations to allow them to operate with zero fear of competition.

Ban pro organizers, keep them tied to a single company/industry, and limit their charter to just be salary/benefit/hours/working conditions negotiations.

Also ban the joining/forming of unions for those with 4 year degrees. If you are "educated", you should be able to represent yourself and your value to your employer.

Wouldn’t be allowed but such harsh honesty would actually produce good results in my opinion

Public schools are paid per student per daily attendance. No kids = no money. Bring them to their knees by just walking away.

SOME unions are needed, the teachers union is not one of them.

Form together to negotiate on an issue, and disband.
If the Union just sits there as an organisation existing, then it's defunct.
Negotiate with your Boss. If you're in a job that you're replaceable, know your negotiating power is very limited.
Laws.
If the laws don't exist then form a union to lobby for a law preventing spinning horizontal saw blades at neck height on the shop floor.
