This is one of the few images I actually saved to my computer, since I’ve seen how good artists will follow this trend. Different stuff for different audiences like the good old days.
Opposite reaction from me on the female vs. male designs, although less meh and more “not my preference.” I really like some of the more complex female fantasy designs (especially more Greek/nature-based ones). But with the increasing hatred/snobbing of sexy/boobs from everywhere, I’m always going to hold the male audience design in higher reverence.
Now on the final part... Well, Steven Universe should take its pink marshmallow back at the earliest convenience.
Same. I generally prefer a more modest look like the one on the left and find it infinitely hotter than the stripper-esque look of the middle one. I also prefer full plate (with the proper boob plate, natch) over the chain mail bikini look.

The art's, joke, and commentary are all really good! (not trying to inflate your ego, I genuinely think that, otherwise I wouldn't have downloaded it when I first saw it ?) I have no idea why Twitter thinks it's hateful, but Twitter is the modern-day dumpster fire of the internet. :\
Also, I just want to let you know while I (I can't speak for everyone) can act like an anti, I really just want to be left alone to enjoy the stuff we all like in common, and to have it be left alone. Best way to counter the actual hate against different forms of beauty is to create it like you have with this art.

Thank you so much! I’m generally the same way, I go about my business and let other people go about theirs and like what they want. This more recent trend of people “fixing” art or character designs to be weird and ugly or official companies doing the same by redesigning classic characters into weird blobs inspired this meme. I don’t understand why people like this kind of art.

I'm curious, though, about the make-up on #2. I tend to hate make-up. Do men really prefer red, red lips and shadowed eyes, or do we simply prefer drawings with more sharply delineated features?
I prefer AEon Flux to Zelda, and I'm gay. It's the unnecessary bullshit in the outfit and the implied complexity of their useless society/royal court that repels. Otherwise, I love complex costumes.
That said, SJW 'artists' need to be rounded up and sent to China so they can never ruin anything else again. Seriously, that's a fucking crime, and I'm tired of their SJW-lite crap that has infected everything from Google Doodles, to Facebook post backgrounds, making everyone look 600lbs and gelatinous amorphous blobs of protoplasm.

Left is great. Middle is not very good, unless you're going all out on comedy. Right is only good for parody things.
One on the right should have a bigger package.
