Our society is for HUMANS. Yeah, I would expect all HUMANS to follow the same set of standards, as there is not an immense difference in average body structure between the various ethnicities. Who the fuck compares home background to BEING A TWO TON QUADRAPED?

You're misunderstanding. He's probably saying the white people are the monkey and black people are the fish.
I literally heard this same analogy when I was in graduate school in SJW studies (don't worry, long since recovered - that experience was an expensive red pill) -- the problem is, we're not comparing monkeys to fish. We're comparing humans to humans.
The big overall message is that "everyone has their strengths" but we need a baseline of proficiency for HUMANS on basic skills needed to survive and thrive in the world.
It's also completely false that "everyone has his own strength", which implies that these somehow even out across individuals. Talent and lack thereof is highly correlated in what is known as the g-factor.

Replace "pass a standardized test" with "don't kill people" and suddenly the leftist attitude towards black violent crime makes perfect sense.

You have to look at it like a lefty: monkeys would be whites because "tests are made for them". The bird would be Asians because they stereoypically have an even easier time. Blacks would be the fish, I guess.
Thus I don't think he's comparing black kids to the monkey. He is however implying we're not even the same species.
So Jamaal, you're basically saying that blacks are too stupid to do the things whites can and are expected to do to function in society. That despite having the same physiology as whites, the same skeletal structure, the same musculature, the same organs, the same dietary needs, the same genes, and the same brainpower, they are STILL incapable of doing things like speak proper English, write a coherent argument, solve mathematical equations, do scientific research, or comprehend what they are reading? Because that's what you're saying here by implying they cannot climb the tree.
I've never seen more proof in the superiority of white people than from a Democrat's "anti-racist" argument.
